Griff's Hamburgers, Dallas TX

I received my order wrong and the burger was a mess. It fell apart when I unwrapped it! I've been to other Griffs restaurants with great service! But not this place! Bad Service!

Griffin Hamburg place was okay the worker a great deal of courtesy and respect thank you Griffin hamburgers

You can never go wrong with griffs. It's always good. Been eating there since 1990. Soda strong, burgers hot, fries great. Love me some griffs

I've been going to this hamburger place ever since I was a kid and a hamburgers and french fries then just as good as it was back then and now I'm 47

Grew up in this area and by far best burger I've tasted. Faster and cheaper than McDonald's and they're milkshake machine is always working.

I just tried them yesterday and they are amazing hamburgers. They have home made mexican flavor.

I couldn't even get a picture of the food it was so good. Griff's is a childhood memory and a Pleasant Grove gem.

Food is great but I would not go back because the staff is rude and when they messed up order and they refused to give me my money back.

Love this place! I've been going there since I was a kid and it hasn't changed a bit. The staff is friendly too!

Multiple teens work at the location and some haven't grasp what true customer service means yet.

I had a fly in my drink I am glad I love their ice & decided to take my lid off as usual & drink a little then eat the ice & it needs to have the health dept come & really inspect & I love their burgers but as with every restaraunt you need to check & inspect before eating because a lot of places rush around like McDonald's do just for that timer not to keep buzzing

Best Burgers in Pleasant Grove. Customer Service was nice. We ate at the location. It was clean, but warm inside.

They been there a long long time and they still doing it the way use to. It was clean food was good. At least what I wanted. I had their fish sandwich. I was happy you known. Every place has there good days and there bad days. That's all Huey L. Smile be happy help thy neighbor give don't take.

I just bought the chicken sandwich combo w/pickles. The fries were hot but, the chicken sandwich was small, one tomato, 3strains of lettuce a dab of mayo and no pickles. I should've bought a hamburger it wasn't worth it.

Well what can I say but give me a tripe burger with lots of cheese and plenty of mayo with bustard and a large coke.well what are you waiting start cooking

I wish I could give no stars. I literally only get crushed ice because the food is always not seasoned at all or overly salted. Most of the time i hace to throw out my ice because the water from it taste horrible and has a milky look.ewwww

Good place to eat.just stay away from the rest rooms there old and nasty every time ive been there.

This is what "Old Fashioned Hamburgers" mean! Betcha won't even make it out of the parking lot if you look in the bag!
