Grifols – Biomat USA, Dallas TX

I donated yesterday it has been 2 over hours with no payment. I was told there was an issue with the bank and they do not know when it will be fixed. All donors from yesterday did not get paid. I have tried calling the facility for an update, just to be hung up on. This is ridiculous I have always gone to csl but decided to try this place out. I will not be coming back.

I was thinking of going here.but too many "Not getting paid" comments.

I recently donated here last week transferred from the Jupiter location wasn’t compensated because they don’t use the same pay card now my number is blocked and no one’s is trying to help me possess my money.

Slow, slow, slow! 1st time donor and experience was horrible. Site Manager is a Liar and they are getting over on people in that center. DO NOT GO THERE

They too much in your business…. They asked me was my piercing done professionally, when did I get it, where did I get it……& permanently deferred me.oh well still got my fill for today thanks to the plasma centers that do they job also they made a man read out loud in front of everyone which isn’t right and front desk tried to tell him to sound it out or we’re going to have to read it too you and about how much longer it takes due to not being able to read. Every other plasma center does it in a room. THIS PLASMA HAS NO MEANING OF WHAT CONFIDENTIALITY MEANS….
