4World class striking and world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I started at GrindHouse when I was 16 years old. Coach Alyssa and coach Kristen took me under their wing and showed me what it meant to be a martial artist and a young woman. Four years later and I’m so glad that I walked through the GrindHouse doors. I could not of asked for a better team and a place to call home.
Grind House MMA has everything to offer for all levels of folks looking for a variety of classes. The final round class is my favorite as you learn boxing but also do so much more to keep your heartbeat up. The class includes strength training, cardio, kickboxing and punching the bag.
You will meet great people and develop a good community place to workout. The best part are the coaches and owners. Always keeping things fresh and challenging and very supportive. Come check it out!

There is always a warm buzz around the gym that seems to attract such positivity. The coaches at Grind House MMA empower their students, keep them accountable, and provide a safe space to learn what it truly means to be a martial artist.
When I first started classes I had no martial arts background but was just looking for something different. I absolutely found it! I highly suggest trying out the Final Round, Striking and BJJ classes! The level of care and expertise you will encounter in the coaches is incredible! Yes you are working out, but you’re also developing body awareness, self defense skills and flexibility. It’s so much more than just a workout. Whether you are experienced or a newbie like me come try a class, I promise you won’t regret it!
