The staff and product selection are top notch! I purchased a gear package and didn’t realize I didn’t receive all of the items. A couple of days later Eric calls me up and says he looked at my receipt and noticed the missing item and asked if I received it. I told him I didn’t and he said he’d have one waiting for me to pick up at the front. I have never had someone pay that much attention to a sale! Thanks Eric and everyone at GRITR!

AWFUL AWFUL store. Attempted to get NEW skis and bindings. Only the bindings arrived in an OPEN ripped box, and were not secured in place. The skis were not even shipped. After multiple rounds of back and forth by email, with photos of the box that was shipped and shipping label, I received a partial refund because I thought I could still use the bindings. There was no attempt to find or send the skis, and NO APOLOGY. After buying skis from a different store, I took them to have the bindings fitted. I was told the tracks were missing from the binding box and likely on the missing skis. Again after multiple emails and photos of proof I was given the full refund. So much frustration, but finally a full refund. I will not shop here again.

I wouldn't recommend them - ordered two pairs of ski poles. 1- their customer service doesn't list hours on their website nor on the voicemail when you call so it is a guess when customer service is open. 2 - I got an email from a net suite account saying if I don't call them the order will automatically cancel - I didn't even know it was them since the email is not from a company email nor even a signature stating the company. 3 - 24 hours later I call them and they haven't processed the order. I ask them when it will get to me and they won't know that until it is ready to ship which might happen tomorrow and she has no idea how long it will take. Needless to say there are lot of other options to buy e-comm products that are a lot more organized and communicate clearly and process orders a lot faster and know how long it takes for a product to reach you.

Be advised, if you place an order on weekends, there is no one in customer service to assist even though their menu prompt states “on the phone” making it impossible to cancel or change order. When support responses after many hours state order shipped with no regard to many phone messages and email requests to cancel.

This is a very nice store but the last 3 times I have come here I've stood waiting for help for 5 to 10 minutes and then another guy walks in and they wait on him immediately. I understand business, 1 salesperson was buying a gun and 1 was selling a gun, They were taking care of business. But when that transaction was over they immediately started talking to another person that just walked in. Sad to say I believe this will be my last trip because they have nice merchandise & great prices. The sad thing is the price of the 2 things I was getting was more than online but I would rather purchase local & help support brick & mortar stores in my community. ️ SORRY

Very helpful and friendly staff. The range is great with plenty of lanes. I recommend this place to anyone looking to practice or just to go with friends and have fun.

Well stoked both with boots and customer service dept, of whom Jeanete quickly rectified a different size being shipped. Gladly return, and winter can begin now that Mucks are in hand (or on foot.).

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Do not ever buy clothing from this store online. Their customer service is worse than horrible. They have no phone support. They provide a phone number but all you ever get. Is it a recording telling you to leave your phone number but no one will ever get back to you. You have to communicate by email, which can sometimes take days if you buy some thing it doesn’t fit which is no fault of your own when buying clothes online they will make you send it back at your own expense. I bought a pair of shoes on sale for $57. I package them up. And when I got to the post office I found out that it’s costing me almost $13 to send them back so, basically, I just spent $13 to NOT have a pair of shoes… to be left with nothing. I wish I had never encountered this company. It’s wasted days of my time, trying to get answers, which resulted in a very unsatisfying result. There are so many other reputable vendors on the Internet where are you can get the exact same products and be given customer service that makes you feel like they appreciate that you chose to spend your money there. I looked all over the place for these shoes, and I could’ve bought them elsewhere for a tiny bit more places like Zulily and Amazon. That’s where I learned the meaning of being penny wise and pound foolish, don’t do it. This place is the worst.

My 4100 crossbow was poorly packed and was broken when received the box didn’t look damaged but my crossbow was! Leading me to believe they sent it like this!

I can't comment about the range, I haven't shot there yet but it seems to be good. Everytime I go there it isn't full up. Membership is 30 a month compared to Texas gun experience which is double. The retail staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are actually pretty good for a local gun store. The prices might be a little higher than the cheapest place online but they usually have everything in stock. Good assortment of red dots in a case that you can hold and compare. The ammo selection is vast! The prices are pretty good too.

Was excited when I heard about Gritr but disappointed when I went in. Love the old army Jeep, but would never use the range due to what looked like overcrowding. Folks milling around behind shooters, handing guns to others without proper safety procedures. Great selection of guns, but was pretty much ignored by counter staff. No worries, I was just looking that day.but bought an expensive firearm the next week.somewhere else!

Well stocked gun store and shooting range. Worth the drive to check them out in person. Good prices and give veterans discount. May have deals on Gunbroker better than in store just do local pick up or ask to price match their online price.
