Went in looking for a Beretta m9 and found one at the same price as the best I saw online. Sean helped me out and told me about a great offer they had on another handgun as soon as I walked in. He was helpful and didn’t try to upsell me. Great service and great price, I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Buyer be aware, sold me one item sent me another! Fraud! Initially they seamed concerned but stopped communication with me. The need to send me a prepaid shipper so I may return them the wrong item and ship me the correct item, otherwise they are committing Fraud

I love the staff here sean, Danny, Jared, Justin and I believe James I can’t remember the third but the 3 J’s are all awesome to work with. Very professional here. They are very polite and helpful. They sell a variety of items of any and all sports and outdoors equipments. You have to wear either closed toe shoes or Sandles/flip flops with socks. Decent prices on guns unknown on ammo since I didn’t check those ones. Will keep returning. They also practice great range safety.

Ordered a magazine online a few days ago. Ive been trying correct the shipping address because it looked like i forgot to type my apartment number. Ive called and emailed. They told me on the phone that they cant cancel the order or correct the address. Ive explained to them over and over through email. The 1st response i got was, “ I'm sorry, but we are unable to cancel the order as it's being processed by our distributor. Feel free to return the item once it's delivered to you. Sorry for the inconvenience. ” The 2nd to last thing they said was, “You will need to contact us and we will send you a return authorization. ” I replied, “ Im contacting yall now. What do you mean, “i will have to contact yall? ” Am i not doing that already? You guys have not been helpful. I will reorder the product if you just cancel the order. It hasnt even shipped yet. I havent even gotten a tracking number. I ordered it a few days ago. I put the wrong apartment number. Can yall just add a comment for the shipping guy saying for apartment 812? Is there anything else yall can do? ” They said, “Please be advised that this order is processed by our distributor so, unfortunately, we can't modify your order details or even cancel it. Given this situation, we will send you a return shipping label once you reach out to us to confirm that the package was delivered.
Please, feel free to let us know if any questions arise. I would be glad to clarify it for you. ” HOW AM I GUNNA RETURN THE ITEM IF IM NEVER GUNNA GET IT? Terrible terrible customer service. Come one now guys. Work with me here. Dont just say im screwed. Help your customer. I was nice enough to choose your store. Make it right. I dont want an apology, i just want my package. So talk to your distributor, do whatever you gotta do to make this right. This all makes me very bery upset and i still havent even gotten a tracking number or anything. My order number is 54493.

Do not order online, Called to check for status of shipping after ordering the item two days ago and customer support has no detail related to when shipping will be processed.

Checked this place out a couple of times and then went back and purchased two pistols. Staff there was very helpful, answered questions, but were not pushy one way or another on what we were looking at. Easy to work with. When we picked up the two pistols Jared was able to make that transaction smooth and easy. We will be back.

Awesome place to buy guns and go shooting at their range. I received excellent customer from Sean. I ended up buying the FNX 45 tactical. I highly recommend.
