Daughter involved in auto accident on Mothers Day. Ricky, the tow driver, was a super nice fella. Price was acceptable due to the fact that it was Mother's Day.

Ricky Telfer was so amazing! My tired popped on the left side shoulder of the highway during traffic hour, he was prompt with the pick up time and without hesitation insured other vehicles moved over so myself and 2 kids could safely get into the truck! I will never forget the kindness and compassion he should me and my two daughters durning a very scary time! Thank you Ricky. Thank you for being fast, professional, but most of all KIND. Ricky arrived sooner than the ETA and though it wasn't mentioned to him that I had a flat, he was able to assist me and carefully towed my car to the destination requested!

I had a flat tire, and my insurance company called Gritten. They quickly sent Ricky, who changed my tire to my spare on Memorial Day. He answered my many questions and showed me what he was doing. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I even called before they came out and spoke with a nice lady at the business, who helped me understand that sending a wrecker did not mean they were going to tow my car! She explained that he would simply help me change the tire. I had nothing but a very positive experience! I cannot recommend Gritten highly enough!

I was able to find a tow when most in Waco were unavailable. Provided an invoice in case my roadside assistance provider was willing to reimburse me for the tow.

While driving on the highway, at 10: 10a on 12/28/21 vehicle #702 cut us off in the fast lane because he didn’t want to slow down in the right lane. Terrible driving, unsafe. Putting my family & myself in harms way because YOU are not wanting to stay in your lane isn’t acceptable and is very unsafe driving! He didn’t have proper room to merge into the left lane, we had to slam on the breaks to avoid being clipped or slamming into his work truck. Train your employees on safe driving please. Had my driver looked away for a moment, things would be different right now.

TOP NOTCH! I needed a tow, and both companies that were within a 2 mile radius couldn't get to me in a timely manner. Called Gritten (5 miles away) and they were picking up my truck in less time than it took me to make the call.
The price was more than reasonable, response time was impeccable, and customer service was over the top! I highly recommend giving them a shot at winning over your business! You don't find this kind of customer service anymore.
