Grizzly's Hidden Falls Nursery & Landscaping, Nolanville TX

I have been here several times. They have amazing items to buy however they really lack on customer service. I always have to go "looking" for someone to help me and then I feel as if I am just an interruption in their day. This last time we ended up leaving without buying anything and I doubt we will take the time to go back.

UPDATE: We were wanting to do some landscaping in our backyard. I broke down and called them again because they were one of the few places that advertise a "free" estimate. When I called I was given a name and number to call for the person responsible. I was told he would be gone until the next Tuesday so I waited to call. When I finally did call it went to voice mail. I called three times. Left my name and number and to this date almost two months later, I still haven't received a call back. Sorry. Won't try again.

I’ve used this nursery prior to it moving to its current location and have continued using them.

I’ve purchased numerous plants throughout the years and have relied upon their expertise to get the products needed to assist in the growing of my plants, trees and scrubs.

I would recommend them to be considered for your nursery needs.

Employees very friendly owner very helpful when we asked questions and he had great suggestions. Our plants are growing beautifly.our 2nd trip today. We will for sure going back!

Decided to check this place out after passing it. Let me start off saying that the people who work here are so friendly! It's scorching hot outside and they just carry on with smiles like it's nothing. Very knowledgeable. Great selection. Prices reasonable. Check it out! The plant we got was $30.99.

I went today and was very impressed. Staff was polite and helpful. Plant selection was 10 out of 10 and they all looked so healthy. Will be back and have already recommended.

They have a nice selection of trees, fruit trees, bushes, flowers, plants, and garden decor. However, I felt that their pricing was high compared to other stores. The employees that work there are friendly. They have a bathroom. This place is not wheelchair friendly.

Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful. They have a variety of plants, trees, shrubs, and much more. The staff are knowledgeable and very attentive. They also help you carry out your items to your car if you are not able to put them in your car. I bought a sun for my front yard and lemon grass to deter mosquitoes. I'm definitely returning to look at their trees. I need there professional opinion on buying a tree to plant in my backyard for shade.

Great option for those who want to shop local and have knowledgeable staff who can help you select the right plants.

I am responding to your response. That is a complete fabrication. We were never joking and laughing together, what exactly are you growing out there to even insinuate that? I couldn't get anyone's attention and the person that I did was rude as I stated before. DO BETTER.

First off they're local! They have great healthy looking plants all of which will make it here in this area. The staff has always been helpful and A+ on the customer service skills.

Good options for Texas friendly landscaping. I hope they add better signage since many plants have no names on them and no pricing. So you either need to have knowledge of plants to know what the heck you're look at, or constantly ask someone for help.

Love this place! They've done alot since I went a few years ago, so it's more inviting now.

Ben and his Team did a "better than perfect" job on our landscape. We have a rather large concrete retaining wall that had backfill pushed up against the back side of it. Every time it rained, we had extensive washout and huge ruts carved out by the rain. Ben came immediately, and punctual. He carefully visualized and explained his plan, and gave us an estimate. When completed, it was amazing! He was so honest, he gave us a lower price after completion, as he originally thought he needed more time. WOW! What an incredible man and Company! It has rained hard a few times, and there is no sign of erosion anywhere. Thank you, Ben! God bless you all.
