Got my clear aligner with Dr. Sugay! She did such an amazing job making the experience comfortable and welcoming. I had braces before when I was younger and just needed a little touch-up, and she was so helpful and communicative with every step of the process from start to finish.

Nothing but great things to say about this office! Dr. Sugay started me on clear aligners trays and I am so pleased with my results! She and the staff are efficient, accommodating, and fun to be around! Highly recommend!

While I absolutely loved Dr. Sugay during our consult in December, I had some serious issues with this practice. After getting my consult, I was told by Melissa I have a few months to make my decision with possible jaw surgery and braces or just get braces. I had time to considered it as Gronberg had to confirm insurance anyway and it took sometimes over a month. OK great. Made some calls, considered jaw surgery with my treatment, decided to go with just braces. Call them up after receiving my quote and made my multiple appointments for braces. I was doing it!

Until. I received an email from Melissa stating my insurance was no longer in network as of February 1 and now braces would cost me $1100+ more. What!? Why did no one call me to let me know this? Or let me know 'please decide on your treatment because you'll be out of network if we wait after February 1'?

I asked Melissa on the phone yesterday if this could have been avoided prior to February 1 and she told me yes. YES!? Now there was nothing she could do. What!?

I am an adult who finally pulled the plug on braces and had everything ready to go and then they let me know this surprise increase was going to be billed if I continued. I feel that customer service is truly lacking. I'm pretty shocked to see so many 5 star reviews after this experience. How are you going to drop a $1100+ bomb on someone's treatment plan?

I'll be headed somewhere else for my braces. Get it together y'all. I stand by my 1 star. I hope you don't try this on all your patients.

Dr Gronberg and staff have treated 4 of my kids for braces! They are great. Very nice and compassionate. They even give you a sibling discount if you are lucky enough like me to have multiple kids in braces! Gronberg Orthodontics is also a great supporter of the local community. Please have them give you an assessment before you decide where to go!
