Came in for a tire patch and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour! They even made sure my tire was inflated back to the correct pressure after they patched it. Great service and super friendly staff!

I went to Groovy for a break issue. I spoke mainly with Paul and he is a sweetheart! He was communicative and clear about the issue with my car and the pricing. I will definitely be a return customer.

A chain shop told me I needed a new CV boot and quoted me $1100 for the repair. I called Groovy Automotive who told me they could do it for $600. I brought it into Groovy Automotive and they told me it didn't need a new CV boot at all: the chain shop confused the oil they spilled during their shoddy oil change with grease from the CV boot. Groovy saved me $1100 and I found my new auto shop. Support this local Austin institution. They're honest and nice guys to boot.

These guys are great. Paul is super friendly and helpful, We have have a German Audi, but I would never take it to the Audi dealership - Groovy is always there for me, they make things easy, communicate well, and understand the problems proficiently. I highly recommend Groovy automotive! I stopped by to see if they could fit me in for a quick check of my battery connections. They didn’t have a spot til later in the afternoon but Paul was able to look at it quickly and all it needed was something to be tightened and the problem was taken care of. He took just a few minutes and saved me a lot of time and hassle. I’ll be bringing my car back the next time I have any issues!

Every time I’ve had an issue with my car, this shop has been transparent, patient, and thorough with explaining my issues and pricing. They’re also communicative with timing on when my car will be finished. Definitely my favorite auto-shop in Austin.

This place has great customer service and seemed efficient, but ive brought my car here twice for a check engine light and they say its fixed but then my check engine light comes on again the next day. Its very frustrating and expensive to keep going back
