Im always having a great service by the staff and by Dr. Gross. I had septum surgery also and after that everything has been great for me.
100 % recommended.

He is a very conscientious Dr. He took it upon himself to make arrangements for us to see a Dr in the Anderson clinic.

Dr. Gross and his staff have been friendly and professional throughout all of my visits. He's advocated for me, and has been more than accommodating. Dr. Gross had a vision and a plan for my procedure and he and his team executed it to perfection. He's meticulous and thorough. I will be forever grateful that he treated me like family and has helped change my life for the better. Overall, what a wonderful experience, I'm so happy I came to Dr Gross.

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Gross for his outstanding care and compassion, and I have always been impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and dedication.

Dr. Gross is a true professional he is always willing to take the time to explain my condition and treatment options. He is also very patient and understanding, and he always makes me feel comfortable and at ease.

I going through a very serious health issue, and Dr. Gross has been there for me every step of the way. He is incredibly attentive and caring, and he made sure that I received the best possible care. I am so grateful for his expertise and his compassion, and I know that I am in good hands with him.

Doctor Gross was great, kind and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, caring doctor, listen to my concerns and approved medication. I have been seeing him for a long time. I have hearing loss in the left ear and he’s treating that and my allergies.

I highly recommend him.

In regards to Steve Shutt, he’s a Karen quit being a big crybaby and take care of your problem! Quit blaming others for your problem take care of your business. Dr. Gross is a great doctor.

9/11/23 calls you if you leave anything but 5 star review. Took a chance on this ENT/ plastic surgeon for breathing difficulties and swollen bridge of nose. Not a pleasant dr IMO, immediately " you have a dr, of 30+ years ago, go see him"
Nice guy, must be paying for his reviews, checks them immediately, wonder why. When ask i ask if my issue could be be covered by insutance, wrongly and rudely replies "you want ins to our cover cosmetic surgery. Unprofessional at the very best. Staff friendly though.
My wife accompany me and wanted to leave immediately as soon as encountering him, what an attitude!
IMO avoid this dr. 1 star left, check immediately dr gross.

El Paso is so fortunate to have Dr Gross. He has been my doctor for many years and he has helped my family so much.

The staff is incredibly nice, and the doctor was very helpful and caring. I am very thankful for the care they provided when I was in pain. Thank you Lilly and Dr. Gross!

Dr. Gross helped me get my life back! He performed surgery on my nose to improve my breathing and I am so grateful I had it done. I dealt with breathing issues for three and a half years and it was absolute torture. Now, thankfully, I am in a much better place and I owe that to Dr. Gross. THANK YOU!
