Grotto Gift Shop, San Antonio TX

I love the bracelets and charms of Our Lady of Guadalupe. I’m excited to gift these items. The delivery was quick and easy!

This store was very organized and clean the staff greets you as soon as you enter the shop all the employees were all very nice friendly

The gift shop has just about everything you need, but be ready to spend a lot. Their prices are high in my opinion and I can buy things a lot cheaper online, which is what I decided to do. It was too pricey for my wallet. I wanted Easter presents for my grandson and children. As a senior my income is limited. I wish shops like this realized they are now competing with online merchants. Even churches. I bought some beautiful beeswax candles for $12.95 online through the Marian Helpers, as well as a bunch of other things. I paid for it and before they shipped the things my items were blessed. So wonderful they did that. See pic below. I went to the grotto to buy them and they were literally 3 times more expensive at the grotto so I left. But it is beautiful there so the trip was worth it. The shop no. Buy online through the Marian Helpers or other places.

Definitely the nicest shop’s I’ve been in. So much to look at. Staff was friendly.

Greetings friends, just wanted to point out the price of the candles, we use to buy 2 candles for $5.00, now the price went up to $4.00 per candle, how much do you think they paid for plastic casings wax and wick buying in bulk? I see people's faith as they write and paste pictures of their love ones on the candles, it's so sad how they make money from peoples suffering.

Wonderful customer support specialists! They knew exactly where everything is and what I was looking for. Good to know the trio of women who worked on Wednesday 10/26/22 were friendly, kind and quick at closing time. Definitely going back again.

I don't see any difference between a clothing store and this book store. I'm referring to customer service. It's terrible. At least the lady who answered me on the phone was not attentive to me at all. In fact he even hung up on me. And all because I wanted him to tell me if they had the Cathesism with the revision of paragraph # 2267. I told him that I wanted it in Spanish. She told me I couldn't check and
And he hung up on me.
That's why I said at the beginning, I don't see any difference between the staff of any store and the employees of a Christian store. It's a shame.
And to think that Amazon has it at the same price as them and without bothering to go to the store. Instead, you sit and wait for them to bring it to your house. What life is!
