Pretty nice place. Came here to cheer my child up, well within minutes of being there we had to leave because he wasnt feeling good and was in tears and Isaiah took care of us. Definitely bringing him back to enjoy himself for a longer time

My daughter already had a safety socks but forced to buy a pair of socks because it was not from them. And they had a summer membership for $100 for 3 months until end of 8/31. Given we only had 3 weeks until 8/31, wanted to see if there is any proration could be applied, was told no. Deemed unfair. Front lady didn't seem to know about policy and had no room.

Amazing place but very very understaffed and they make you pay full price management needs to get it together before this place goes down hill 3 employees very disappointing

I drove for 45 mins to come here because my friend recommend it, once we got here we had to wait about 15 mins until the young lady noticed we were waiting because she was jumping and playing with her friends. Also the back area was closed for drinks but they did open to get snacks for themselves. This young lady is very immature with an attitude, like someone obligated her to work Definitely not coming back I dint feel comfortable and welcome by the staff. I'm and adult taking my kids to play to have a good time and this young lady really rude joking about us and laughing.

Nice hangout place for kids with a variety of activities. If you sit in the lounge on second floor you can watch your kids while doing your fav like reading a book or finishing a task.

Our kids love the place to and the staff is very courteous. Jumping is highly recommended for kids and the massage chairs are recommended for adults.

This place is one of the nicest trampoline park i have been to lots of fun for everyone definitely will be back for sure.

Ground Control is by far our FAVORITE place, great for casual indoor playing or birthday parties. The staff is wonderful, the music is great and the facilities are super clean and fun for all ages! We come here on a weekly basis.

Best trampoline park around. Super clean, amazing staff of young folks, owner is all about kiddos having fun. Great for parents, you can see kiddos almost wherever the go. We had our 4 year olds birthday party here as well and they did an amazing job. 70 people at the party with adults and it went off without a hitch. Thanks everyone!

Love this new jump play area. It’s clean, open, actually relaxing, kid and adult friendly. Prices are fair, they have massage chairs, and also have a food area that serves pizza and other items as well as drinks (icees yum).

2nd time here first time customer service was great today we came again and the teens that where here where terrible they had an attitude they kept staring at us and laughing at us they had the snack area closed as well they where all over the place jumping! Will definitely not be back!

Response: I will not give this establishment another opportunity because once we where leaving the young lady loudly said eff that I don’t care “ because another manager adressed this issue of laughing at us with her, she also came to the front and STARED US DOWN until we left!

Ground control is the best place to go if your looking for a great place to hang out and the staff here is amzing especially jayce she has been extremely nice to me.
