Every woman needs the ladies at Grounded Wellness in their lives. I can NOT tell you how incredible this place is. Dr. Nicole the owner the warmest soul and made me feel right at home and cared for on my initial appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Christina almost weekly for my pregnancy and WOW she is literally my angel on earth. She has made this pregnancy so much more bearable with her incredible adjustments and muscle work. She also has GREAT resources. My fav part of the appointments is the little neck massage she does with the Do Terra Deep Blue. I look forward to our weekly appointments and her sweet smile and calm demeanor. The office is so welcoming and light. I love how kid friendly it is as well. I have brought my little girl to appointments multiple times and they have kids books, toys, etc. More recently, I started seeing their AMAZING esthetitian Kristina there as well. Ya'll after just 1 appointment, she literally made my skin looking the BEST it has looked in years. I was struggling with such awful cystic acne and with her facials and incredible product recommendations, I haven't had a single break out! I love how everything is natural and pregnancy safe too. Run don't walk to see these ladies!

The BEST chiropractor experience I’ve ever had. I love coming here and getting adjusted and my daughter loves it too. I’ve seen a night and day difference in her behavior and sleep since we started taking her here. Dr. Nicole is amazing and she really takes her time to build a relationship with every client she has.

I've been going to see Dr. Christina and Dr. Margie for chiropractic care and acupuncture for a couple weeks at Grounded Wellness and it's been a gamechanger in my third trimester! They are so well educated on pregnancy and I feel super safe and comfortable going to see them! They have also helped ease my knee pain and back pain and make me feel more like myself again! They are incredibly timely, kind, and their place is beautiful! It's also super easy to navigate the website and book appointments online!

We have been going to Grounded Wellness for the last two years and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Our youngest has Down syndrome and chronically has had fluid in his ear/ chronic ear infections since he was born. We have been able to clear every ear infection with chiropractic care. He also had an abnormal hearing test from the chronic fluid when he was 6 months old. Just recently we went for a repeat and completely normal hearing test with no fluid in his ear. Only change was our constant chiropractic care. We are beyond thankful for Dr. Nicole and Dr. Margie and what they mean to our family!

I've gone to several chiropractors through the years and Dr. Christina is the BEST! She not only adjust me but does amazing trigger point therapy and cupping. I have a chronic disease that is extremely painful. After going to her I've noticed a huge improvement in the pain. She has a heart of gold and really cares about healing you. I'm so happy I found her

Can I give 10 stars? Just went today for the first time and all I can say is wow. Just wow. The comfort you feel walking in is amazing and you feel like an instant friend in addition to a very cared for patient. Very impressed, can’t wait for my next acupuncture appointment with dr margie.

Wish i knew about this place earlier on in pregnancy (it's for the whole family). Loved my new patient appointment. Dr. Krempein went over everything and did my adjustments at 36 weeks preggo she was awesome definitely going back before and after delivery, felt so much better after this appointment! And the office is kid friendly which i absolutely love my toddler will play while we are in the waiting room and while i get adjusted!
