Outstanding eye clinic with friendly staff and great optometrist (Dr. Alexander). Highly recommend this clinic.

Staff was friendly and informative as well as the doctor. She was amazing with my 7 year old’s first time visit and they really helped put her at ease. I will definitely return

The doctor is fabulous & friendly & the other ladies are nice but, maybe there ought to be gloves for each person touching glasses to make it more simple & easierinstead of taking all the glasses to sanitize them ive always liked Grove Eye Clinic & now it has a new name & now i like Blink

Bad customer service! Everything is just out of control. The girl mikaila didnt even know what the heck she was doing so she had to ask the manager and it seems to me that even the new manager doesn’t even know what she’s doing because she is having to ask the black lady that I know she’s been their since I’ve been coming here. Bring the old white lady manager back! And they need to get rid of all these girls that don’t know what they are doing.

Such a hassle at this place all I needed for 2 weeks was my daughters prescription emailed to me that’s it. 2 weeks still nothing even after going in person! Mind you from Waxahachie just to be told we had to sign in and wait just for a copy of her prescription! Today they tell me they’ll send it but it expired over the weekend! I’m guessing they did it all on purpose to have her back in for her exam again. Well she’ll have it done but not at this place!

Definitely not the type of person to write reviews but this place is a joke, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Very nice employees, never had a bad experience here and me and my brothers have been coming here for years.

The Service is terrible assistances management don’t know what to charge and drama we the secretary in front Guest unprofessionally makes more bunches of errors send my glasses with the different precision I have to wait additional two more weeks and old so have to call them you to see when arrives last time I go there and if’s they give you good service if you can’t make to the appointment the still charge you

SERVICE SUCKS. IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT WITH THEM EXPECT A 3 HOURS WAIT. ALSO THE GIRL THAT MADE ME SIGN IN BECAUSE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WASNT DOING S*** STILL MADE ME SIGN IN AND STILL HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 30 MIN UNTILL SHE CALL ME JUST TO UPDATE MY INFO. 2HRS LATER I WAS “FINALLY” SEEN BY DR. OHAIRE BY THE WAY VERY GOOD DOCTOR. JUST THE GIRLS UP FRONT LOOKING ALL LIKE DODO BIRDS NOT KNOWING WHAT THE HELL TO DO.

Been here almost two hours and all they've done is give my mom some eye drops.why should it take this long on a stupid check up? With this kind of service it makes me wonder how on earth they stay open

First off, coming in the office I was like ok- this place needs a serious update you. Like new carpet ETC. The staff was nice, i did get seen a little after my appt time nothing to bad, Dr. Ohare just is really great with her patients. Going back being seen I was like this is the old school equipment but which I like. Maybe some time last year I went to this eye doctor in North Dallas - Fancy office, New equipment so I was like yes Im in good hands. Turns out I wasn't, doctor was like yeah you have 20/20 vision, I laughed because I knew I didn't and I was struggling to see. So I waited for awhile in found this doctor office and asked to be schedule with Dr. Ohare! When I tell you I loved my appt with her, she is someone who knows exactly what she is talking about and makes you feel comfortable. She was able to tell me about my eyes things I didn't tell her yet. Now i feel great because I know im not tripping in my eyes will get the care they need! LOL. Only down side is that I have to wait three weeks till my glasses come in: (So im blind till than. I like how the front desk breaks down your insurance benefits with you very very helpful! I look forward to staying with her and she will be the eye doctor for my son when he turn 5. I have never been so Happy about a appt. But she is great, knowledge and will get you taken care of!

Last year they did an amazing job with my children. I can't wait to take them back. I do agree I would never by their glasses here. We take the script to Wal-Mart.

I give only one star only because I can't give less. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. I waited three months for a trial set of contacts for my daughter and they said I would have to pay an additional doctor visit fee since it was longer than three month. In that three months I had called to check on the contacts and they told me that it was not true.really? The wait times are ridiculous as well. Glasses here are cheap.but so is the service.better off paying more for glasses elsewhere.

I would highly refer friends and family just people in general to go here staff is friendly and very helpful no long waits at all not packed either

My daughter had an 11 o'clock appointment and it is now 1: 30 and she still has not seen the doctor, the service here is usually better but today has been poor.

I have being coming to this office since I was a child. All the doctors are very professional and compassionate about me as a patient. They are very thorough in everything they do. The staff has always been very friendly, and have always gone out of their way to make me happy. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

The doctors are great period I got the prescription pill is right for me. But the flip frames that I picked up. We're not the ones that they gave me. All I really can say is wait for them to call you instead of you calling them. Spiders

Accepts our insurance. Staff not friendly. Waited over an hour with an appt. We do not get glasses here, they have 2 choices, cheap and over priced. Like the Doctors.
