18Expect $3,000-$4,000 in additional dealer fees. They have Certified vehicles listed on their website and will charge a $2,985 “Certified Used Vehicle Fee” on top of the listing price. In addition to that, they will also charge $899 for LoJack. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
The staff was courteous and professional. The dealership was very busy, but Alan kept me up to speed on the status of my car. Awesome Customer Service. I was surprised to get a video from the mechanic that worked on my car; showing me each step in detail what he was doing to my car. That was awesome!
Every part of the car buying process from my local dealer (Grubbs Infiniti of San Antonio), was absolutely amazing. This was the 3rd Infiniti I had the honor of buying from them. Every part of the team from the detail crew to the finance department did their absolute best to strive for the most exceptional customer experience.
This is the second location I have traveled to, in the last four years, because of the great service Shawndy provides. She is quick, honest, and always accommodating to my busy schedule. In the four years I have known her, I went from having plenty of income to do whatever needed to be done, to divorced, unemployed, and budgeting every penny I have, and through it all my customer service never changed. Now that I am bouncing back, I came back to her and managing what needs to be done to my car. I am hoping to get into a new car soon and am literally considering another Infinite because of her customer service!
Four stars for overall experience. However, I give FIVE stars to Ian, my salesman. There was almost a missed opportunity in a sale because text messaging responses from dealership.
Aside from that, I still went through with purchase of vehicle. And, I am glad I did!
Ultimately it was my test drive experience and Ian's genuine and naturally kind demeanor that sold me. Kudos to this knowledgeable and customer service driven individual that you have on your team. It's he that saved the day. Ian is someone I would definitely recommend to my family and closest friends because I know he will deliver with professionalism.

I’ve been in contact with them twice. The first experience (for car service) was fine. It was the assistance I received today (also for car service) over the phone that made me give 5 stars! The person who directed my call and the person who communicated with me over the phone (Dawn) were both so friendly and helpful. I felt that they cared about my situation and worked hard to let me know my options. I deeply appreciated that:) Thankfully, I am no longer in need of the service, but had I needed it, I would’ve had to pay a tow truck to bring my car into the dealership, then it would be an additional 3-4 days because everything is on back order (which is totally understandable! I just mention because everyone will likely encounter problems/delays because of so many things being on back order)
My experience yesterday was great. I went in to get an oil change only and it ended up that I needed an alignment. And the cost is going to be $375 for the power steering 4wheel alignment. When I went to pay for the charges there was a gentleman sitting near me and heard the charges and said I will pay for it. I turned around to thank him and shake his hand. He told me because I’m a loyal customer for the Infiniti dealership. His name was Lee. This was a great experience for me, and he seems like a very nice man.
We arrived earlier than our appointment time and were accepted. Everyone was great, Brandon, our service advisor, Caroline, our loaner car specialist, Kimberly closed out our ticket. Total team effort.
Had an absolutely great service experience with Infiniti of San Antonio. Clean and professional waiting area. Great communication. Professional handling from drop off to pick up of my vehicle. Even the porter that retrieved my car went above and beyond getting all the “protective coverings” out of the vehicle. Never felt ignored or forgotten. Top notch service.
Grubbs Infiniti was great! It was one of the best and memorable car buying experiences my wife and I have had. Our sales associate, Jules Falcon made us feel comfortable and worked very hard to find us the right vehicle at the right price. We were not easy clients, but Jules was exceptionally patient, keeping a positive and friendly attitude throughout the process.
The sales consultant Deszmond Garza who assisted with closing our deal did a fantastic job earning our business. He made the negotiation process fun. My wife and I were actually smiling and laughing during parts of the exchange. He was professional and represented Grubbs very well. Most impressively, he genuinely listened to us and got the deal done in a way where we felt good about the purchase. He and our Jules set Grubbs Infinity apart as an top notch customer focused dealership in our book.
Their finance Manager Ashley Marshall got us through financing fast and delievered the right terms for us. I'd suggest you request her if you want effienciency.

The buying experience is what you’d expect from a luxury dealer, outstanding. From service to sales, everyone was courteous, professional and very customer oriented. Received mail from this dealership stating that my vehicle factory warranty is about to expire and that I would be liable for the repairs. I've never owned an infinity nor have I ever stepped foot on this lot. Called dealership for explanation but no answer.
Ian Sides was our salesman, from the point of arriving and being greeted his customer service was top notch. With Ian's experience he understood our intent and matched us with the vehicle and model that suited us. At the next sales level, both Dezsmond and Warren were very pleasant to work with. I started my purchase with Joseph who was sweet as could be and very helpful! I spoke with Ashley in the finance department multiple times along with Kenny they were so beyond helpful and supportive throughout the whole process they got me in a Infiniti Q50 that I’m so in love with I’m so grateful to each and everyone of them for putting me in my dream car!
