Gruene Cottages, New Braunfels TX

My daughters and I had a wonderful time, large room, asked for extra towels and a blanket, and they were on our doorstep quickly. Love the location because it’s so close to Gruene Hall, and all the little shops and restaurants. Very quiet, pool was great, grounds were well kept. Only thing that I wished was different in our room was that the toilet was in a small room by itself. I would definitely rent again at this location!

This place is so charming and nice! Great pool and play area for the kids. Large area for large parties or families to hang out outside. Rooms are modern and clean! Will definitely be going back and recommending this hotel!

This place is absolutely adorable. So so clean, and I’ve been known to leave a hotel because of unsatisfactory housekeeping. The bed was comfortable and the ac was very good! The location wasn’t close to any activities, you do have to drive everywhere you want to go, but it was definitely a great stay and we will be back next time!

This was the perfect room & set up for us. We booked two nights for a spontaneous get away & it was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, quiet & cozy. We will definitely be back.

Favorite spot to stay while visiting the New Braunfels area! The nice lady running the cottages is so sweet, and helpful, and the cottages are so adorable and quaint. They have everything you may need. The seating areas outside are lovely and peaceful. Great location, and heated pool for when there’s cooler weather too. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Aveda hair products in room was the best. The room was clean and functional. Mattress was really nice. The pool had floats. Close to Gruene historic area. Great stay.

Rooms are spacious, well appointed, have comfortable beds and the property itself is easy to access and very close to downtown Gruene. Only downside is the water pressure in the shower is very low and someone with thick hair will have trouble rinsing

Gruene Cottages are an excellent place to stay for individuals or large groups such as family reunions. The facilities are really nice and comfortable that includes a nice pool and playground. Location is perfect for enjoying attractions in the surrounding area. We would not hesitate and hope to stay there again! Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.

We booked the Felsen for a long weekend. The room is so cute. Check in is contactless and you can get anything you may need via text. This is our first time here and won’t be the last. Very pleased w accommodations and service! The pool is relaxing and beautiful as are the grounds.

Let me say that Jessica does an excellent job taking care of her customers. The attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness of the rooms is 5 star. You can tell that it is their goal for you to have the best experience possible while at the cottages.
The thoughtful addition of the single make up remover wipe can make a big difference. I really needed ear plugs too - and there they were! Life-saving for me for our 2-night stay!
The location is very easy to find and just the right distance from Gruene Hall and all the shops/food around, but close enough that you could walk if you wanted - or rent a golf cart.
The king size bed was so comfortable, and plenty of hearty pillows for us multi-pillow sleepers! The owners, Jessica and Jason are available and accessible. No wonder they were voted Best of the Best vacation rentals the last two years in a row!

It's quiet, it's quaint and comfortable. We're hoping to bring the grandkids next time since there's a playground and a freshly re-done swimming pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wow! What a quaint comfortable place to stay. We were in town for a few days for our 39th anniversary and a few shows at Gruene Hall. The Cottages are perfectly situated to downtown.
