I always love them. Every employee is the best employee. Never been to places where everyone was the best employee.

Today was my first time shopping here at GT Distributors. An associate of mine told me about them this morning. The quantities quality of product is definitely not disappointing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the environment is safe. I will be back for sure.

Although it was a long wait (we went on a Saturday) the customer service was amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and they have an amazing selection.

I want to tell GT Distributors that they have the best customer service person in Christa! She took my call and navigated sorting out my order on more than one front. She did it with a smile I could hear on the phone and that these days is rare! My issue was a bit complicated but at the end of it she had a very happy customer who got his order one track. So give this lady a a raise, she deserves it! Thank you so much Christa!

Went down to get a pistol waited in line for an hour. The clerk in the front told me I could bring in my pistol to trade up, when I got my number called picked out the gun I wanted the guy tells me we don’t take trades on the weekends. Which I knew was wrong because I have traded with them before.on Saturdays

Brought a Streamlight flash light in so they can see what's wrong with it. They were very friendly and quickly took a look at the lamp. The tech fixed the issue and was very helpful in the process. I'm very impressed with thier service. Thanks guys! I will start buying more streamlight products through yall.

I work as a field technician, and don't shoot or find myself in need of guns generally, however the tools, bags and clothing sold here is top of the line. 5.11 remains the only brand to ever get me out of my Dickies.

I've been a customer there for at least 6 years now and have never left unhappy. I need to come visit y'all for some Glock parts and it's just about time to visit y'all anyway. They have a great selection and they cater to law enforcement by giving them better deals. The store is large and very clean. I have been going to Mcbrides untill now, but no more. They have have raised their transfer fee to $75, thats nuts. GT distributors is just $25 which is completely reasonable. They have a better selection and better prices than Mcbrides.

Customer service has improved greatly! Found everything I needed for my personal use and they were very helpful with our large order. Staff behind the gun counter were also very friendly and helpful.

Good prices and a wide selection to choose from. I will be going back for all my accessories plus more. Sales rep take care of their customers and assist in all questions. If you want a good price at a reasonable cost then this is your one shop stop.

I just have the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mr. Crockett on Gunbroker. He was probably the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with and I'm in the business of customer service! Being new to firearms, he talked me through the buying process in a way I could very easily understand. I look forward to doing more business with these guys. A+

Awesome place for law enforecment and security personnel who are in need of work equipment. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and have been able to to find most of what I need for the job at this one stop shop. I do armed security and got my firearm, duty belt and uniform pants all from the same place. The staff is friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about their products!

Very organized joint and super super helpful staff. Michael and Monica helped me with my first pistol purchase. They were so knowledgeable and their service was fast. I 100% recommend if you are looking for good quality and quantity.

The staff is cool. Knowledgeable. And they greeted me at the door, which is not common in many places these days it seems. They are customer friendly, in such a way that you can ask them a number of questions and the staff will be glad to answer your questions and address your concerns.
