~TRUEEEE~We were planning to buy rav4 visited the dealer and had test drive. We also paid deposit of $500 and were about to come next day to complete procedure. Unfortunately we could'nt buy the car and proceed further. We were so worried and stressed since we paid the deposit already mostly some dealers wont give it back.
When we went to inform next day John the manager he is easy going guy. He was little skeptical at first even then he dint say that our money is lost or denied, he said that we can use it in future as a credit and that is what thier policy is it is non refundable bt since we had other commitments we demanded money, so john said definitely he will give it back but will take some days.
I was feeling so worried and stressed after hearing that and also I was pregnant 32 weeks, He immediately said not to worry they wont take someone's money for nothing. He will send it within that day not to worry and go home, believe it JOHN sent the money $500 the same day evening and also called and wished us good luck. He also said "Money is not everything People need to be good at times" VERY TRUEEE.
Its rare to find good people especially in this era Literally I would have passed out of anxiety and stress if I had waited even 1 more day.
I DEFINITELY recommend this dealer and JOHN for any car buying process.such a HONEST, POLITE, STRAIGHTFORWARD and more over HUMANLY person you can find in this industry. THANKS A LOT from heart

John the owner was never over bearing or pushy and was quite honest about the vehicle I purchased. The tail light was broken and he replaced it at no charge. I will definitely be checking back with this car dealer for my future purchases.

I recently bought a 2014 Kia Optima from John. He was nice and pleasant, but gave false information on the car I purchased from him. He told me and showed me the car "wasn't " in "any accidents " to find out the car was in a accident. While purchasing the car he did inform me he replaced the 2 front tires and the 2 back tires would need to be replaced and he would give me a discount to do so. The following day I noticed the front end shaking at a certain speed. I brought the car back to John. He ended up keeping the car over night. The next day John said the car was ready and didn't see anything wrong. As he said he took the car to his "mechanic " and back to his "tire shop" and they both didn't see any damages to the front end. So I took it in my own hands. I took the car to 2 different mechanic shops to get 2 answers. Both mechanic shops both clearly said that the car was definitely in a accident and the front rim, axl, bushing lower arm controls was cracked and bent. I contacted John to let him know this could have caused a accident. He didn't respond back. Other then when I purchased the car was sold As he said. I have all documents on the sale purchased and cashier ck also all the receipts from the mechanic I took the car to. I had to put a 1 star to leave a review. Not trustworthy!
