Guadalajara Mexican Grille reviews
18300$ for 5 and only 4 ate crawfish… never coming back that’s outrageous, and the girl working front desk so disrespectful no I’m never coming back. NEVER!
Everything was Amazing, food and Francisco services.

We just had lunch there and left very upset. We notified our waitress from the jump that my husband was allergic to all dairy. When we were ordering the chicken flautas, she assured us that there was no cheese inside the flautas but that it came with sour cream, avocado crema and queso fresco on top. We told her repeatedly that we didn’t want any of that because he is allergic to dairy. The food comes out and looks fine so my husband ate his first bite. When going for the second bite, he noticed it was stringy. I opened it up and it definitely looked like it had some sort of cheese. We asked our waitress about it, and she responded with “flautas don’t have cheese in them. They are never made like that. ” I asked her why it was stringy, to which she responded “we use shredded chicken. ” I asked her several times to check with the kitchen and she finally agreed after going back and forth with me about how they don’t have cheese in it. She’s come back and says “they make it with a littleeeeee cheese, so would you like to order something else? ” Like ZERO remorse. Not even a tiny apology. NOTHING. Acted like everything was normal.
We are now home and my husband’s body is literally red ALL OVER and he’s having stabbing pains in his stomach. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and we will never go back to this location.
Food is delicious and well made and the drinks are well crafted also. Staff is well trained and service is good. Haven't been here since their remodel, but the place looks fantastic.
I will say that the dishes feel modified for mass market appeal so I'll take away one star for a slight loss of authenticity, but if elevated TexMex is what you're looking for this will definitely satisfy your cravings and then some.
Also, the salsa verde served with the chips is the best in town. Added a great kick to my Chili Rellenos.
The hostess were very accommodating. Our waitress Brooklyn took great care of us. Even the manager, Chris, made sure we had an enjoyable night. Good effort by the staff.
Beautiful atmosphere. Decor and ambiance was perfect for Union Christmas Party! We received amazing service and everyone enjoyed themselves. Food was amazing and presented very nicely. I definitely would recommend if your in this area. Didnt get much pictures. Fajitas and rice snd beans were perfect in my Latina opinion! And the Margaritas on the Rocks.impressionable! Great service too!
I ate from the lunch menu. One enchilada and one chicken fajita taco. The portions are so generous I ate half the next day. Very clean restaurant and nice atmosphere. The waitress was attentive and friendly.
I used to eat here all the time in 2010-2012. It’s pretty good, but the prices don’t match the quality. It’s about as good as on the border, but the prices are more like Pappasitos without the flavor.
Great restaurant, delicious food. It has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere, great service and the food and adult beverages were remarkable.
Amazing food and experience everytime we come here. Our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area and we'll keep coming back for sure!
Our hotel didn't offer the channel of the college football game we wanted to watch, so we walked over to Guadalajara Mexican restaurant. We sat at the bar, which they had several TV's to view, including the game we wanted to watch. The tender and his assistants were very kind and helpful. The chips, salsa, and Margaritas were tasty. Everything and everyone added to our pleasant experience watching the game.
The service is good sometimes, and other times it's a little lacking. Food is hot every time, and the chips and salsa are great. Queso Blanco was also really good.
When we went for dinner we had trouble getting refills and our waitress didn't seem too concerned with our table while another waitress seemed to feel bad for us. We have gone for lunch and had great service. The best thing we have tried so far was the flautas. It's a little pricy, but the size of the dishes is big. You can split sand make it not too expensive per person.
Super awesome staff. Great food, relaxing vibe. Had the appetizer sampler all of it was amazing. And the tortilla soup was delicious.
Will never come again! Other then I had to wait 30minutes to be setted our food tuck forever to come out and was shocked on prices when I got the check. Overpriced for ordenary tacos that I didn't even aet cause there meat had alot of fat, just terrible experiencia and plain not worth it. Don't waist your time nor money on this place if your looking for something New like how I was trying to.
Way too expensive. The food was not so good and on top of that the service was lousy. I'm not sure what is their end game. There are so many restaurants to go to in this city.
Food was excellent, our meal arrived super quick chips & salsa were delicious.just wish our waiter would have returned back to our table.had to ask guy who worked behind the bar for the check and to -go containers.
Got there about 3, left by 5: 30 on a Thursday. It was not crowded. Great food and services! Liked the original layout over this wash-down. I didn't care for the music that day, either. What matters most is the food and you have great choices on the menu. The portions are generous, too. For dessert we shared the flan with a dollop of ice cream on top. Delicious! Try this place and enjoy+. The photo is "Acapulco Especial"
I like this place because they have the best service and manager is always there to watch. Space and table ratio is very good. Ample parking and easy access to freeway. I live their lime fajita. Best fajitas of this kind. I would recommend everyone including family. Clean inside but restrooms need little more attention.
