Have had an account with this bank for many years.
Had the pleasure of meeting and getting some information from Dianne Martin the other day and was blown away by her professional and courteous demener. If you need a bank check this one out.

It was the easiest way to set up an account with a bank that I’ve heard such good things about. There are so many local credit unions around this town that clearly don’t care about their members. I’m looking forward to working with them.

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Was disappointed that the debit card machine was down for an upgrade and I couldn’t get my debit card when I opened the account. I do have it now and very pleased with the service.

About a week in. Decent so far. They put holds on new accounts so don't expect to have access to the money that you gave them for a while.

My Guaranty Bank in Texarkana, Texas on Summerhill Road, has a lot of nice people that treat me like family. They were nice and quick to transfer my account from another bank to their system, and they know my family name since my grandfather first started business with them.

Flawless refinancing loan process. As interest rates were falling I was able to contact the loan department as often as I wanted and always received a prompt report. My loan officer also would keep me informed about the current interest rate. When I was ready to lock the rate and proceed with refinancing my home, all departments worked together like a well oiled machine.
