She went the extra mile to have them delivered to my home address from another location out of state as they were not in stock. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and represents the Gucci brand with exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!
Katelyn assisted me in finding the right shoes yesterday. She was very nice, good hearted, and regular person. She was very relatable. Lux places are hit and miss because of the people who work there. This Gucci was a hit because of Katelyn.
Worst Gucci I’ve been to, two stars only because the boutique is big and well furnished. First time I shop Gucci in the US, I stood with my husband in the middle of the shop for 10 minutes and nobody came to us to see if we needed anything. It wasn’t the weekend, the shop was basically empty. I needed a scarf for my MIL, so I had to stop a SA to ask him to give us a scarf. This NEVER happened to me in a Gucci boutique in Italy before, usually I’m greeted as soon as I walk in.

Men’s wallet - NOT USED still in bag with proof of purchase which they pulled in their account system. Brand new in Gucci bag.
They said I cannot exchange it. It’s out of 14 days return policy. I explained it was purchased in EUROPE and it took time for me to get this wallet in USA. Ridiculous. Gucci and LV deserve to be fake. There are more China stuff on street of NYC just because of service like this. No appreciation for honest customers who buy the wallet at full top dollar price.
Went into the store April 10th for a pinky ring no one come up to help me maybe because I am young with a bunch of tattoos I assume they thought I was just there to waste time till a kind gentleman come to help me, he was extremely nice and helpful i do not remember his name but they need more workers like him otherwise I'd leave 5 stars
SCAM ALERT: management sent my return (within policy date) off to PayPal and then held my item at their office past return date so they could avoid doing a trade in for a different size. This is bad business practice ill be contact BBB it looks like they do this often based off reviews.
