My husband didn’t get prescription until 4 days and ended up in the hospital because of complications with his sickness. All could’ve been avoided if they had just called in the medication. We couldn’t afford to go somewhere else, but now we have this expensive medical bill. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Made an appointment last August for teeth cleaning and simple X-rays. They couldn’t get me in until December (4 months later). In November I had to go to another dentist for an extraction that might possibly been avoided if I had gotten in sooner. In early December the clerk called me to cancel my next day appointment I had waited 4 months for saying they would set me up for the end of January. Another two months away. Pitiful. 5 months to get in for a basic cleaning. Don’t count on them.

Y'all can gripe all you want.for one thing the place in set up for low income scenarios, so if ya have to wait a little while so be it, if you've ever survived the prison system health care? Well this clinic is is like the Waldorf Astoria of health care clinics an for the one's poutin about the employee's bein "rude"? Why don't ya climb off that shiny white unicorn that farts fairy dust and consider the possibility of standing in their shoes for 8hrs dealing with 100's of patients that can be be down right hostile at times.in my opinion those gal's went out of their way to help me, the Doc dude was cool to me as well.so kudos to you guys! Keep doin what you do.you ROCK! ️

(this is a shout out to the peeps at the Orange crib lol)

Waited more than a month for my prescription… gone through several phases that could’ve been avoided. Psychiatrist keeps giving sass that he “already sent it so I’ve got nothing to send”. The nurse at the front was more help but sadly, nothing she herself can do.
Update: had 2 panic attacks, 1 new case of su-cidal thoughts. Please go elsewhere
Update: been 2 months. Horrible horrible horrible service. They never bothered to help. He (middle eastern/asian male) is no help. He’s abusing his certificate as a psychiatrist.

It's not a 5 star doctor for most, but they helped me and my family Through out the pandemic. If this is all you can afford then they are the place to go.

This recent visit with zoom has been awful. Went over how I was feeling during our visit I brought up that along with my illness I developed Pink eye and this was a very important issue for my appt. During her typing it erased everything so maybe when she was retyping everything the part of pink eye was forgot or overlooked. I went to pick up my prescriptions and no eye drops were called in. After calling Dr office 5 times. I was told that she send a message I never requested eye drops. Wouldn’t you know it would be around closing. Never had a response so called on Monday and got the same response. I would of thought the best way to resolve is by her speaking to me. That attempt was never mentioned. I hated calling because the attitude I was getting was not professional. It’s not like I was requesting a pain medication. Well I’m sure you will know what happened is that I woke up with it in the other eye. I paid for my office visit and should get treated like one. All of this could of been avoided if things were handle professionally.

Honestly worst experience.went back in august to get a referral to see a specialist for some health issues I’ve been having. It is now November had to call to find out what’s going on come to find out they never sent out any referrals there were no notes I called yesterday to ask about it they said they would make a note called again today no notes of my call from yesterday were put in so basically they do not care. Lady I spoke with said clearly that there is no notes for a referral and no notes from my call from the day before so thanks a lot for wasting my time and money!

I saw the psychiatrist via zoom and described an unpleasant side effect of my medication and why I would like to switch to another medication. He laughed at me. Then the phone rang and he ended our conversation without ever switching my medication. He was incredibly unprofessional. When I called back to complain, the supervisor told me she would call me back to get my medication switched. She NEVER called back. Very disappointed in the incompetence of this doctor's office!

My boyfriend went in there because he's been feeling sick, literally just a cold! And these people TURNED HIM AWAY telling him they can't see him because "he shows symptoms of COVID" they even told him that one of the symptoms of COVID was vomiting? ! So y'all are telling me every single symptom in the medical book is COVID related? ! This is ridiculous that they would turn patients away just like that! Even told him he has to be "seen" over the phone. So what? If he listed what was wrong with him over the phone, you'd just tell him over the phone that he has COVID without testing him in person? !

I cannot say enough good things about the Silsbee clinic, but the Pt. A clinic is a joke. I get my medical health needs met without any problem; HOWEVER, I have to call up to 5 times to get my mental health medication Rx sent to my pharmacy. Today, the 3rd time calling to request my meds within the last 8 days, the nurse told me there hasn't been a request. This is EVERY SINGLE MONTH! I even had an appointment on May 5th for medication. I received a referral and will be going elsewhere. I work in mental health and will no longer be referring my clients to this facility. If this can happen to me, I will not be sending my vulnerable population for services there.
