Bought a 2017 Ford Escape new from Gullo back then. Last September, the ac started blowing hot air so I had Gullo fix it. It's blowing hot air again and Gullo wants $125 to look at it to see if they will honor the warranty on their work.

Made a 2: 00 appointment today and went up there only to have to cancel it after being told about the $125 diagnostic fee which I wasn't told about when I made the appointment.

Decided to call the service department afterwards to discuss this and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive.

But then, go figure. Anytime I have tried to do business with Gullo Ford's service department I have been ignored because I'm not "dressed to the nine" when I go in there.

If you want to get any service at all in there you better dress like youve got a wad of $100 bills in your pocket. Otherwise you're gonna get ignored like yesterday's news.

I would just like to take a moment a recognize Eric Brown. This man went above and beyond to find the truck that matched my price range and was willing to take the extra steps, quite literally as we couldn’t get a golf cart, to walk his lots to find the truck and deal I needed. I will not hesitate to give this guy a call for my future vehicle purchases, and would implore anyone reading this review to do the same thing!

Had to wait a few weeks for an available appointment date, but the process was very simple. Work was done well and fast. No complaints. Workers addressed me quickly. The stress of car maintenance is enough! Glad this experience didn’t add to that. Thumbs up.

Recently purchased a vehicle. Had a small issue. Super easy scheduling an appointment. Great communication and customer service. Everyone there was super awesome and very understanding. From purchase to getting taken care of at the service center. Gullo Ford makes sure your all good. Will recommend.

I searched and searched and left 2 other Ford dealers because they tried to either raise the price of the car from the advertised price or charge twice for vehicle delivery.

I drove 60 miles to deal with Gullo and it was the best car buying experience I can remember.

Shawn Breland is a Fantastic Sales representative of Gullo Ford

New Car Director Pedro Portillo helped me on the phone for 20 minutes settling the numbers before I drove 60 miles to pick up the absolute best deal in Houston on a 2021 Ford Mustang.

Make sure and ask for Cesar Zamora in finance. He was very helpful and no high pressure sales any where at this dealership.

We just bought a new truck at Gullo Ford, Dolores Rojas was our sales person. She did not take away the enjoyment of buying a new vehicle like most dealerships do! It was a stress free, very smooth process, the usual hassle with paperwork and financing was gone. We highly recommend her for a hassle free, stress free experience when buying a new vehicle. I have purchased 3 new trucks here in the last 5 years as they used to have a great service dept. Today I pulled into the service lane at 12: 30 for a oil change on 2017 f250 and set 10 minutes with no one coming out to ask if they could be of any assistance. Sad how far this dept.has come fallen. No Mas

In my 40 years of buying cars this was the absolute best experience. We arrived with our add in hand. We got the advertised price and the financing and all done in the shortest time ever. Mr. Michael Gullo was so helpful he even went so far to review the dash and console with my wife step by step. All dealers should be like this.

Normally I have had good experiences with Gullo's service department. HOWEVER, went in yesterday (8/9/18), because my key fob was no longer working. To service manager kept arguing with Lucas wife they no longer had parts for a 1995 F250. We actually have a 2010. He then made the demeaning statement "Well being a woman you don't always know the year". After that statement she went back and talked to Tom Simpson on service and was able to order the last key fob on east Texas l, and was told it would be in today. I went on to pick it up at 12 noon, they could not find it. Left to run some other errands, and received a call about 1 PM and was told they found my part. I returned at 115, and was told I would have to check with the service techs about programming it. They said it would be $130. My intent was to return the part, as their cost was too exorbitant. O waited at the service counter, while 1 employee was taking care of 2 other customers, and another employee was on the phone for over 25 minutes talking to his phone/TV/internet provider about changing his service plan. He finally got off the phone, and when I explained I wanted to return the part and the reason, he took the part onto the back and said Tom would be up at the counter in a few minutes. When Tom and Londa arrived, they took 3 minutes out of their day to program the key fob to my truck at no charge. Although the situation ended up being resolved to my satisfaction, it was only due to Tom and Linda's actions that kept this from being a 1 on the review, and that is based on the treatment and demeaning statement made ti my wife, the argumentative nature of the service manager, and us being informed admfter 10buears they no longer keep parts for their vehicles

Go purchase your vehicle at a different dealership!

First off, I absolutely LOVE my Ford Explorer, no complaints there. But Gullo Fords after market service has been a nightmare! They have not followed thru with contractual promises (fixing a ding that came with the vehicle and tinting windows) and it has been over a month! The manager/service department have been ghosts when it comes to trying to get this fixed and I absolutely regret purchasing my Explorer from Gullo. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

JR Perez was an amazing salesman at Gullo Ford in Conroe. He has been selling cars to my family for a while now, but this was my first experience with him. I see why my family keeps going back to him. I told him exactly what my needs and wants were, and he found me the perfect car! Thank you so much for making this an amazing experience.
