Recently when I tried to start my 2019 RDX ASpec nothing worked. So I called Gunn Acura for help. All I needed was a new battery! Roland and Jesse were very helpful and professional. I had a great experience. I walked in knowing what I wanted, just unsure about which trim. They didnt have what I wanted in stock but went so far as to showing me an employees personal vehicle which speaks for customer service. My sales rep, Nester, went above and beyond. He walked me through all sections of the dealership and introduced me to staff. He even navigated the inside screen of the vehicle for me so it would be personalized to my liking. It did not take long for my vehicle to come in either. I was told maybe the end of the month but got a call 4 days later it was here. The only thing that annoyed me was the email/text communication. It gives automation and not personal. Example, after I left the dealership which I already had the car I wanted and put a down payment down, I got an email from the Team Lead about scheduling an appointment to look for my new car. Another thing, I found interesting was no one talked to me about AcuraLink. Which I knew about from researching the vehicle.

I bring my car here for service (oil changes and regular maintenance) and always have a great experience! Services are done in a very timely manner and associates provide detailed updates on the status of your vehicle. Suggested services for your vehicle don't ever feel pushy but they still provide you with enough information to make informed decisions on how you can proceed. Waiting area is open and spacious providing complimentary snacks and beverages including coffee. I am not someone who knows much about cars but I can count on being comfortable here knowing my vehicle is in good hands!

- I recommend making appointments ahead of time to ensure reasonable wait time during busy hours

I purchased my 2017 Acura I LX from Gunn Acura my sales person was frank Sumadi, he was absolutely awesome, he guided me throughout the whole process it was a wonderful experience
I finally found the vehicle I wanted which is absolutely great car,

I was there on October 11,2023 Roland was my service advisor he did an amazing job and was super helpful Roland always goes above and beyond to help. Roland is truly an asset to the Acura family. The entire service department always goes above and beyond. I’ve said it before this is why I love Gunn Acura! I’m an Acura Girl!

Wow. This is a 5 Star dealership for the Service dept. The customer service was off the chart, Carla was awesome and took great care of Me, all my concerns about my car were addressed. Great experience!
