12I was satisfied with the help I received where they were able to help regarding the issue of the fuel injectors but unhappy since they were unable to help where another one of their fellow Honda dealerships failed to figure out in time before my mileage was up n my transmission burned up n ruined. So I to pay out of pocket to completely rebuild the transmission I now have. Come to find out I still need to replace a catylic converter which I too will have to out of pocket some $3,000 for just 1 of them. While I still owe n still paying my 2017 Honda Pilot.
Recently had an oil change at Express, and unfortunately, the car was returned with oil stains on the door handle. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the technician handling my vehicle was new. This experience left me quite disappointed.
The service experience was nothing less than stellar. The service staff was knowledgeable and professional. I also think the pricing was fair. Well worth the price. I will bring my vehicle again for service.
Super nice associates and service seems to have been done just fine, HOWEVER, I had to wait a solid 2 hours for "express" lane service.nothing express about that. Seems like appointments would help manage the service load day-to-day.
BE AWARE FOR HIDDEN UPSALE! I am not alleging I was a victim but here is my experience.
My parents are getting older and ask me to take their Honda to the dealership for an oil change. I looked online to see if their was a special for an oil change and Hill Country Honda was offering an oil change discount. I called Gunn to see if they had a promotion and the service department said, in general terms, no, and an oil change is $79. My parents bought their Honda at Gunn and insisted that I take their Honda to Gunn anyway and to use a 10% couple they received in the mail.
The next day I went to Gunn and the service writer said the cost was $99 for an oil change. Surprised, I said I have a 10% coupon. Note: The day prior when I called, the service department said there is no promotion. They did not say, the dealership is offering a 10% discount if you bring in a coupon that was mailed to customers. Anyway, he looked at the coupon and said okay. When it was time to pay, I saw the price list on the wall and it was $79 for an oil change. I asked the service writer will the coupon be applied to the $99 charge that was given to me when I arrived or the $79 list price on the wall? He said, it will be applied to the $79 price and that the $99 initial price was for, idk wiper fluid or wiper blades, which I didn’t say I needed. I clearly said, Im here for an oil change.
My 2012 Accord, still in excellent condition, has been serviced by this Honda dealership for 10 years. My thanks to the professional and friendly service provided by everyone at Gunn Honda.
No haggling required, they don't get up set no matter how many time you bug them about the process or tbe deal. They respect your time, so far it has been Honda kinda fun. This will be my 4th Honda.
Steven Galvan rates the number 10 in all areas of salesmanship. I am 75 yrs old without a husband to help me make the decision to buy the Honda Pilot. I went with very good friend that previously bought several cars from Steven and highly recommended him and Gabriel in financing as well as the entire dealership. My friend was so right. Steven was extremely patient as he explained the “buttons” on the dash, etc, again when he delivered the SUV. He went for a drive with me one more time in my neighborhood so I would feel comfortable! This was by far the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in buying a new car. There was no running back and forth to a manager or having to sit for hours and hours in “negotiations” and hard sales techniques. My salesperson Kea Smith was so very kind and patient. She knew what I wanted, she reserved the car for me and in a very short time it was mine. I just wish everyone could have such a wonderful sales experience instead of dreading it. Kea is awesome! A perfect 10!

My service repair was a 5 star experience at Gunn Honda. Scheduling my appointment online was easy. Arriving and being provided service - was fast. Not only did Robert Alaquinez, Bronze Team Service Manager, call to update me about my repair, he also texted me to ensure multiple channels were open for my communication preferences. When I picked up my car, I was checked out promptly and given my keys to get on the road again. While the Gunn service team does provide a multi point inspection and recommendations, Robert did not give me a hard sells pitch that would’ve made me feel like the service department was being disingenuous in their service intentions. I am so appreciative I wasn’t put into an awkward position by being given a hard sales pitch to suddenly do multiple routine maintenance items. Because of this, I trust Gunn Honda service department and will return for recommended routine repairs.
