GVEC Internet Services, Gonzales TX

My wife and I have really appreciated having wireless internet through GVEC. The only thing we’ve had trouble with is actually getting the speed we are paying for. We were informed that one of the towers is broken or having trouble. Once that is fixed we look forward to having the speeds promised. Other than that everything has been great! All of the employees have been very kind and friendly.

We were very pleased with the service from your agent. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all our questions and did not leave until we were completely satisfied with our order. Thank him again for us.

Crew was knowledgeable of over the air wireless internet service, installation, and equipment. Very willing and accommodating. Service so far has met expectations, maybe even exceeded.

I was happy to see that they installed when they said they would. The install didn’t take long and my internet service is working good.

I am a little disappointed the tower we were supposed to get a high speed wireless has had interference and has had it for a couple years

Kevin did our install, with a custom mast. Did an awesome job, and even came back the next day to add additional guy wires. Internet much faster than satellite. We are very happy.

Terrible service internet is always going down and when you try and call for help all they say it's your router but it's not and then after spending loads of time trying to get them to help with the internet they realize the towers are being worked on another time they kept saying it was the router and after months of arguing it wasn't they finally sent someone and they said oh there is your issue your satellite has been moved worst service ever >: (getting so sick of it

The techs that installed my fiber and setup the modem did an incredible job. They listened to my request and followed it to the letter. Great team!

They were extremely patient with me as I could not get to the door right away. Came in right on schedule and performed their job efficiently and effectively! I love the service and am very happy with it so far!

Just signed up for internet services. Customer service is excellent. Work completed to my satisfaction. Installers are knowledgeable and courteous. GVEC even followed up to see that I was satisfied and had any questions.

So far so good. I was skeptical at first and my complete displeasure with Spectrum was the reason I changed. Unlimited data and absolutely no issues with the service. Speed tends to be less than what is claimed so I’m hoping this improves. Overall satisfaction is good. Just need to get my cable rod back from the technician and I’m good!
