Stellar company. I called them to get a quote on fixing a broken hose bib behind my house. They came out when they said they would and talked me through what I needed to do in order to save money in fixing the issue.

I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

I needed to get the main line camera scoped before deciding to purchase a house. They were able to get out quickly and offered a generous military discount. Stephanie was very nice.

Quick response, great communication with no up sell. Diagnosis and repair at a fair price.

H&H Plumbing, 5217 Davis Boulevard 76180, was very adaptable to my needs mechanically and mentally. I needed a waterline hooked up to the icebox and a shower head with a long reach hose installed. I always fear ANYONE in my house due to CPTSD. I called the office the morning of my appointment, at the beginning of an anxiety attack. The Lady who answered the phone did not hesitate or ask why, when I asked her if she could describe the person who was scheduled to come to my home. After she describe him for me, I explained I had anxiety about letting anyone in my house. When Zac arrived, there was no hint of "you’re nuts lady. " He got right to work and let me ramble on and on, play my music, and ask questions to calm down while he worked. He left no hint of pushing or prodding feeling. He was very quiet, calming, professional, and respectful. I came into this (needing a plumber) scared and worried from way too many horror stories. Zac made my experience feel more like a counselor and friend than just a plumber. His work top notch, clean, and completed in a timely manner. If you are interested I found H&H Plumbing by searching the BBB web site and cross referencing reviews… you know because I’m paranoid, and wanted a legit company…

This small plumbing shop is a real gem in my experience. When I needed to replace a Rheem water heater (with a worthless warranty from Home Depot) after only 5 years, I found the Bradford White brand, which is only installed and warranted by real plumbers. H&H Plumbing reviewed well, and I picked them to install the new unit. Highlights - VALUE: Of four bids, H&H was in the middle, with a fixed price that included the unit, installation, changes in my home to meet code, all costs to permit and inspect the work, and an added 10 year parts and tank warranty from the manufacturer. The cheaper bidders would have ended up costing more, I think, due to add on costs as issues arose. RESPONSIVE: I appreciated H&H's patience with my questions, the flexibility with my payment terms, and the two trips to the plumbing supply to make my installation perfect. PROFESSIONAL: Like a doctor at a car wreck, H&H did high quality work, did it fast, and did it under almost any circumstances. Even the building inspector guy with the city was impressed with the quality of the installation. Yep, I'd say H&H is highly recommended if you are looking for quality, reasonable price, and old school integrity.

We had two water heaters replaced. We shopped around and interviewed a number of plumbers, even the big name brands. I am so thankful we chose H and H Plumbing! They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it.

We are going to have a water softener installed, and a gas line ran to the back patio for a grill. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

If you are needing plumbing work in the Southlake, or Keller area, and want it done right, give H and H Plumbing a call.
