Best customer service in town. Clean store, friendly staff. During the pandemic and recent water/ power outages I saw management on the floor helping their staff stock. Puts other local grocery stores to shame. I won't shop anywhere else.

The store smelled the workers were not using gloves in cleaning surfaces they were giving you meat with thin gloves.

Didn't have what I needed due to snow and ice but everyone was super friendly and awesome. I really appreciate them for one being open during this madness but for two being in great spirits about it. Yall are Wonderful and I appreciate everything yall do

I ordered a cake a week ago to be picked up this Monday, they called me today to cancel. Saying they weren’t taking new orders for a few weeks, cool, but you already took my order a week ago!

I would love to work there because there's alot of good people over there alot of people I know.

I like the prices and variety but the customer service is lacking. No one would help the cashier bag my groceries so I started to help. There were several employees that went by and didn’t stop and help. I ended up bagging the majority of the groceries. I might as well go to Wal Mart. I didn’t have this problem when I shopped at H-E-B the Austin area.

Great store. Wonderful people. Best large store format grocery chain in Texas. My daughter who has lived in Northern VA for almost 10 years, still says she misses them.

When I travel the Hill Country, I always try to locate an HEB to get a few groceries for the Hotel BBQ pit (if they have one) or get some Sushiya. Here in Abilene, I frequent the store for fresh produce which is always rotated, marked down apropreitly if approaching going bad, and a great variety as well. Meat, always fresh, constantly attended to. The store seems fully staffed, 2 custodians always on the move keeping things clean.

HEB is my store fresh everything! Only place to buy meat you know that was raised for eating! Texas Rocks! Everything's original.

My parents favorite place for groceries and medications. Staff are friendly and willing to help you find what ever you are looking for.

Great help at pharmacy, but slow at check out. Prices a little higher than Walmart neighborhood market.

Good place to shop for fruits, vegetables & meat. Can be abit pricey compared to competitors.

What I really like about heb is the personnel that works there, they are always willing to assist you in any way and always polite have a good day

Expensive (compared to 5 other states we have shopped in), but the best prices around. Value vs Quantity/Quality. All the employees we have had contact with have been very friendly and helpful everytime we have went. We go out of our way to drive the 1 hour each way to go to H-E-B!

With the exception of the one rude girl working the floor (standing in front of registers about mid store, in front of the isles) I assume her job was to help customers find things, answere questions. I applied HEB for having that employee position, very help FULL.
If HEB sells personalitys she needs to buy one, and she acted as if my " where is PB aisle" was of great annoyance to her. Other than her great produce, seafood and meat. Clean organized store, good prices.

Fabulous selection and prices! Store is clean and staff is friendly & helpful. The "already prepared" selections help switch-up the usual routine.
