Grocery Store H-E-B reviews
18I love HEB. I'm from Wichita, Ks and shop when I'm in Cypress, Tx. They have the greatest variety of food items I have ever seen. Wish we had 1 in Wichita. I'm like a kid at Christmas shopping the produce, meat, cheese and bakery. Always find something new.
To small of an HEB for the Bridgeland / Towne Lake area. It's always crowded and the parking is too. I see HEB employees constantly parking close to the entrances so management should stop it. Anyways, we like HEB over Kroger's so for now we put up with the constant crowds but eventually we will get something new and hopefully bigger close by.
HEB was great. I found everything that I needed for my 75th birthday. The fish is fresh and the people were very curteous who waited on me. The prices were reasonable.
The seasonal tropical cheese ball is the best. It came out late this season but it's here. Good cheese yum.
I was able to get the few items that we needed. My concerns are when this is over.know items should be returnable/refundable, it would not be safe. IJS
The most of the staffing
was very attentive except at the bakery department (lady who was making the flour tortillas) very unattentive.
I love this store! Was my first visit and was great, everyone was so nice especially the girls at the lunch meat counter. They did a beautiful job of slicing my meats thin, and unlike another chain which I will not mention they didn't roll their eyes when I asked for my ham to be shaved. I will always shop here great experience! Thank you HEB!
Something has to be done about the speeds that people travel at in this parking lot. Almost get hit again today and I had my daughter in the cart. Was coming around to the other side to put my daughter in her car seat and a red BMW missed us by about two foot.
Even on superbowl sunday I was still able to get in and out quickly. They always have many lanes open and are stocked well.
My delivery just arrived and I have to ask you to give a great big pat on the back, a raise and a promotion to my delivery lady! This order came from the HEB on Tuckerton in Cypress TX at 11: 00 onThursday March 18. She was positive, friendly, capable and thorough but most of all she brought a bit of sunshine into my day.
The substitutions were perfect!

Clean store. Right now with the virus crisis there is no sanitizers, lysol or disinfecting wipes. But this store is always clean but lousy rude cashiers. The young ones are rude and never helpful.
Exceptional service of all employees at this location. And they work extremely hard to put all the essentials product on the shelves.
In this crisis days they had almost every product.
I am extremely pleasantly surprised!
Good job!
I just love this store and I don't like grocery shopping so that's saying a lot. So many prepared meal and salad options.gotta try crab cakes and thai salad
Hands down my favorite grocery store! Quality meats and veggies. Great deals always in stock and everything is always labelled correctly. Things i can never find at walmart
The Deli was still open at 7: 45pm and the service in the deli was great. They didn’t look at us like damn it customers! Kroger needs to learn something from H. E. B!
HEB.i went in, was easy to get my fruits & veg's, meats, cheeses, milks, breads, vita cookies, drinks, I purchased sone of HEB brand cola last week, i liked so well (half the price of coca cola), this week I purchased rootbeer and orange. All three have a very good flavor.yes i stopped at bakery goods. Picked up a few items strawberrt strutal, Then on to ice cream, we try a different flavor each week. Then onto water selection. Good prices. Cashier Brenda, rang up groceries, sacker Derick bagged groceries, on my way out door. Easy parking.
What can I say that has not already been said. Its HEB. It's awesome in every way. Just avoid Sunday afternoons due to the crowds and you'll be good.
Literally, the cleanest store, and friendliest staff ever at this location and the produce is always fresh and plenty to choose from! Also, there is a certain level of Texas pride at this location as with all other HEB's so if you're looking for Texas themed items then you're in luck. The only drawback I have with this location is that it seems like they run out of items fast but the good thing is that they're constantly restocking items all day long.
