H-E-B, Katy TX

I live in St. Louis Missouri, I come to HEB when I visit my sister in Houston. I always stock up on the HEB brand Salsa. Its by far the best store bought salsa I have ever had. It's just a bummer that we do not have an HEB closer, it's the best grocery store ever!

Very rude staff had old flowers in the florist dept. Dry with discolored leaves. They wouldn't offer any discount for the dying plants. Will never return nor patronize. 1 star too many

Not as varied a selection as im used to at other locations. Juices were low in stock so i grabbed one and found it to be expired when I got home. The employees are all very nice though.

When the “15 items or less checker” won’t answer your greeting or make eye contact, it makes one never want to shop there again. Every one has bad days- but not when you are at work. Rude.
Between that and doing a reset for about 2 months with no change, it’s time for me to make a change.
Buyer beware!

It was disgusting and hot. The delivery was cool and sweet. Everyone was smiling and happy to help. Extremely efficient on this HOT TEXAS DAY

Good visit overall but the HEB Brand dog food was virtually all sold out. They have to improve their inventory control to prevent this from happening

This store is really going downhill. Week after week, they do not have many of the things I buy. I have to go to 2 different stores, now. They don’t stay stocked, and I really have to watch to make sure things aren’t expired. For example, every week I buy vanilla Brown Cow yogurt. This morning, they had 3 on the shelf. One expired today, and the others expired on 7/13. The wet dog food shelves were almost empty, and the baby food meat sticks were out of stock. They had no Bubble Tape bubble gum, no dark chocolate Dove bars, no mini cans of Canada Dry ginger ale. The large HEB Half and half had 2 on the very bottom shelf. I had to get down on my hands and knees to reach it. When certain things are out of stock, I go to different brands. When my yogurt is out of stock, I will buy Noosa raspberry. Today, it was out of stock too. This isn’t just one day. It is consistent. There was no one at the deli counter. I finally walked away. The variety is limited on certain things. They have the Stouffers dinners but never have Chicken a la King. It is very frustrating.

Easy to find their great selection of products in a clean, well-run location contributing to their reputation of being the best grocery chain in the country.

Their Mi Tienda product line has amazing meats and seasonings.

One of my favorite stores to shop at they have the freshest produce and the best rotisserie chickens

This is at the HEB PHARMACY: A hispanic woman is looks older than 40 with darker hair and blonde mixed in was very RUDE today. She LIED to my insurance saying I picked up my sons RX yesterday. She told insurance lies and she failed to realize I was already calling them before she did. I told my insurance that was she is saying is not true as I am in the line right now attempting to get the antibiotics. I switched pharmacies for this reason and now looks like I need to go elsewhere due to a LYING, RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL employee. I expected better out yall especially given the 2 people I spoke to last night were very kind and helped me with the RX transfer. If I couls attach a pic of my receipt with this review I would just to show yall!

They always have everything I need. The bakery and deli are both amazing. I have ordered cakes and sandwich trays from the deli for parties. They have never disappointed. I recently started doing curbside and its very convenient. Wesley is always very kind and quick to load everything in my trunk. The cashiers are always very polite as well.
