Huge thank you to Jennifer in bakery! It's my son's 11th birthday today and with a hectic schedule I made it to HEB after the bakery was long closed. Jennifer was passing through the side of the bakery taking out boxes I think & I asked if she could box up an oreo cake (my son's favorite) Jennifer without hesitation went above & beyond to help me! Thank you so much! PS I didn't get his name but this gentleman said "Armando" was back in receiving and he'd come help me.but no need after almost giving up on buying the cake. Jennifer saved the day!

This is truly my HEB! Staff is attentive. I definitely recommend going during off-peak times. It's just a better experience and I think I shop more.

Great store has everything you need.and we were able to get in quick for our covid vaccines for the kids and booster for myself

I went back to this store to exchange some products that I picked up the wrong thing and it was very easy no problems. Then I went shopping of course lol great vegetables and fruit nice and fresh!

I had a delivery 2 weeks ago for my family dinner and they forgot the chicken i ordered. It took over 2 hours to get that delivered and my kids were already asleep. I was so disappointed. Then just last week I ordered again and they forgot all my fruit and a few other things. I sent them an email to resolve this and still have has no call back or refund. I am so upset that H‑E‑B has not once tried to fix this. It’s been over a week. I do not recommend this location. H‑E‑B thought meant family but by far does not care about mine.

It Very nice Employees always there to help n treat you with lots of respect n its not expensive if they don't have something you are looking for n ask an employee they well go n check in the back to see if they have it always very helpful its very clean things always where they should be that's the best thing I Like I Love my HEB even at The Pharmacy Thank you HEB Employee's

The bakery ladies were great, with it being hard with covid they found a way to make my daughters 4th b-day great w/my lil poney cake it's greatly appreciated!

I love my heb, and I love how it's always organized, and I love the fact that they have a Security Guard, but I really wish they would clean the shopping carts. It seems like every time I go, there is trash in multiple carts and it's really disgusting. Also can we please bring back sanitizing them? Covid is still very much out there and I'd feel better if they were sanitized. If that can't happen then the least they can do is throw the trash away. Not sure why people leave trash in the carts to begin with, but I don't like having to grab multiple carts trying to find a clean one.

Store is super clean, organized. Employees are clean and well groomed. This mean alot due to handling food. Prices are very reasonable. Soo much better Store than Wal-Mart

I was very surprised how well they attended to me at the pharmacy to get my covid shot They were very supportive and they helped and they were very courteous and they helped right away I was very happy

This is my least favorite HEB I have been to in San Antonio. I only come to this one frequently because it is close to where I live and convenient. I have purchased sour/gone bad beef here on two occasions now, 1st was ground beef and the second was the stir fry beef which had a sell by date of September 27th, (today) which I hope they aren’t still selling in store because mine was certainly bad.foul smelling and gray; the pieces on the top were red so it seemed like It was good until I opened the package. This is very frustrating because it’s a waste of money and I am pregnant so to think I almost ate this distresses me.

I love how this heb is clean and the employees are so nice over the years. I enjoy seeing the same faces over the years. I remember going to the small store. Infact I believe I have seen the store same property almost 3 buildings built now.when I'm in Texas visiting my parents I still enjoy going to this store. Gotta love Texas HEB

Very clean store. The associates were busy putting up merchandise. All the freight that was rolled out to the floor were nicely place through out the store. Cashier was very polite.

I came for some beer because I knew it would be cheaper than a gas station but to my disappointment my beer was warm when I cracked one open. This made me sad because I like this heb and it was my go -to but now unfortunately I will never return to this location for beer.

This heb is small always changing not putting shelfs with correct spots cashier have very rude attitude they expect to ring your groceries and you bag them and put in cart young cashiers bad attitude lazy personal and mangers laughing around playing with one another meat peoples not wanting to help upset when u ask for help to cut or general questions 0 stars

Always a great experience with HEB. Employee's literally walk you to the area where the things are, if you can't find them. The cashier's always have a smile on their face when you check out. Always a hello and have a great day when you get to the register and when you leave. I am right behind a Wal-Mart, But will always take the drive to HEB anytime!

Always the best! I wish everything was from scratch like homemade products, but I know that's impossible, because of the population, but thank you for trying, you do have a lot of good homemade foods.

Its not hard to get a plate of food but food here is not worth getting. Was great at times in past, Asked for cut on my sausage, partly and poorly done, not even chicken was great, tortillas are not warmed up to goodness, really not worth getting here, rude customer service. Grill area is lagging. Didn't enjoy the food and won't get it again there. I usually say to the person fixing food but wS rude, sono, so no, eating my time. Employees not so friendly anymore, especially the customer service area, very rude.

It's kinda harder now to get assistance and almost all the time I check my receipt they forget my Coupons or fail. To try to greet you and they need really to Work on cleaning restrooms that are really not so clean still bad odors and even when told they do not keep clean or sanitize as often.
