H-E-B, Kenedy TX

They had a mango sushi I hadn't seen at other heb stores that was really good. Hope they give that recipe to the one in ear me.

I use to love going to HEB because I'm disabled with no vehicle and didn't like carrying cards or cash with me and when I went to HEB last week I had a cart full of food but when I went to the register they said noone is allowed to manually punch in there card numbers. I haven't had to use my EBT card in two years and no i can find it and have to wait for a new on. I explained to the manager and she said they said oppef that 3 months ago. If i could give no stats I would because not only do i not have food now the manager straight lied to o my fqce

Is there any way that a manager or a person from H‑E‑B central office talk to McDonald’s manager or McDonald’s in Kendy Tx central office about how McDonald’s keeps there bathrooms. OMG! They are absolutely the worst. So dirty, paper everywhere, no soap and two of the uranyl’s in the man’s side that was broken, so stinky that it can make someone want to get sick.
I know it is not H‑E‑B’s fault or problem, but if H‑E‑B is letting them share this space or renting it to them then there should be a standard that HEB should have McDonald’s keep their restaurant /bathrooms.
I’m afraid that with McDonald’s lack of details that this will make such a fine company like H‑E‑B look bad.

Just got gasoline here. Prices are always some of the lowest around. Clean bathrooms. Always a good stop when traveling. Good variety of convenience foods

Do not use their bakery! I ordered a cake for my nephew's graduation and it looked so sloppy. When the manager saw it her only response was that "the best I can do is take off $5! " She never even apologized for the inconvenience or anything. I'm typically not one to write a review or complain but overall just not the way to handle that situation

Too small to be a true grocery store. It’s too small to have a decent selection of anything. Yeah, you can get some staples - like sliced meat from the deli and maybe a few fresh vegetables. The rest of it is hastily thrown together to see if someone will buy it.

By the way, this is the only HEB that has precooked Spanish rice in a package that isn’t HEB brand. And you know what? It’s the best rice I’ve ever gotten from a grocery store. Probably from a local person or something.

Don’t go here if you’re going to do some serious grocery shopping. They don’t have a good enough selection. But if it’s something quick you’re throwing together, this is your place.

Was in there shopping and stop to talk to a employee there and a guy name Randy came up to us not saying what was said but he is a very rude person and very professional. So whoever Randy is there you are a rude person.

Great selection, clean store and I think one of the fastest checkouts ever. I couldn't put my things on the conveyor belt fast enough. Those employees were top notch.

Disappointed with the bakery. They messed up on my daughters birthday cake and cupcakes. Was told it would take 20 mins to fix and now I’m going on an hour and still waiting on the cupcakes. I won’t be using them again.

Live here close to town we use this HEB for everything, except yesterday we went to Victoria to buy a sack of crawfish from their HEB because everywhere is sold out. Explained that out of a 30lb sack I only got 3-4 live out while washing them, and they kindly said they would refund me my money because they had no sacks available. But I explained I lived here in town and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Victoria, they said no problem HEB is HEB and should honor the return just to talk to a store manager and explain the situation. So I called and explained the situation and of course the manager said no we’re not gonna eat the cost of those crawfish for another store in a rude tone like if I’m trying to steal money out of his own pocket or something. Never had a bad experience at the Kenedy HEB, but now I’m thinking I might have to drive to Beeville or Florresville now to spend my money. Now I have to drive over an hour to get a refund back.

One stop shop. We stocked up on food and gasoline for the week hog hunting. Big red cake.you might be onto something there.

HEB should stand for Helping. Everyone. Breath. They have cooked meals and prepared meals ready to cook. To make the family full after a full day of work! Breath easy with HEB.

All pumps in working order.squeegies and towels at every pump.garbage bins not overflowing with trash.nice store with clean restroom.

Would have been nice if there were actual employees there. Three managers stood looking at long lines, no baggers and didnt even step in to help when I had to bag my own groceries, Im not lazy by any means and i also dont get a discount for doing a job someone gets paid for. Guess the managers dont know what lead by example means. Or maybe the pay is too high for cheap labor to bag groceries. Great job HEB management.

I'm verry impressed by this store. Its like a walmart and a fresh food store mixed. Their sushi is excellent and I'm a huge fan of their pot stickers. Everything you buy here will be fresh.

The cashiers are not friendly at all, the baggers are very friendly, just saying, Beeville cashiers are way more friendly. The Kenedy cashiers don't speak to you at all!

This is a nice HEB. Sometimes you have to do the right thing and give customers healthier options even though they don't understand that the sugary, highly processed food and drink that's cheap and that they were raised on is making them fat and sick and unable to function as God designed them. HEB Corporate, you own the Texas grocery business. Educating Texans to eat better and transitioning those options would be really hard but a company of your size is the only one who could.

I always stop at this HEB on my way to san antonio to get my crazy water no. 4.its well maintained and meat market the best
