H-E-B, San Antonio TX

This will be my last time coming to this HEB, yes, this specific HEB is double the price on almost everything compared to the one by my house that is a super HEBand very nice as well.
But that’s not the reason the reason is, this is my third time to the Forde apartment and they are extremely rude to each and every time I am all I do is ask them a simple question I feel as I am a inconvenience to them. I don’t know if it’s a simple judgment. I can’t tell what it is because I’m always polite when I ask a question and today I asked if they sold single flowers so I can get them for my kids. I was told no I did another circle around there was a bushel of single flowers wrapped individually in front of the lady that told me no. I wonder if i was in my business suit when I get off of work versus my workout clothes, would I have been treated different. I don’t know… I just don’t understand. So disheartening

I love the variety of FRESHNESS. THEY NEED TO MAKE MORE OF THESE STORES UP NORTH. ESPECIALLY NC

Was in hurry to get back to hospital, so stopped in to grab anything. Upfront of store there are multiple categories of food. Grabbed couple ready to eat turkey and swiss on a croissant $4.50. Food was plentiful and tasteful. Will eat this again

Usually clean and well stocked. Just can't trust the curbside pickup process to pick decent produce. Squishy half-rotted avocados are a no-go.

Very new, and it's a bit hard to find stuff due to not being familiar to product placement. It's not HEB's fault. As usual, great service.

Great place to shop for groceries! Staff very friendly, efficient, and professional. Store is well stocked and prices are reasonable.

I absolutely love this H-E-B. They are always so willing to go above expectations and all of the staff members are extremely nice.

I am only able to eat small portions so when ordering 2lbs of 2 different fish, I requested it be packaged in 4oz portions (helps me avoid food waste). The curbside shopper articulated my request to the seafood staff and they delivered. H-E-B always does their best to assist and I’m ever so grateful.

Okay. So I just came from the bakery to order a cake for Saturday and was told they are "full" and no longer taking orders for Friday and Saturday. Really? Even with the already made cakes in the display? We called to the HEB Plus down the street and they told us to come on down. I cannot believe HEB overbooks on cakes.

They have Asian items that is priced fairly, some even cheaper than the ones at the asian stores.

Cashier had no manners, was not courteous at all, seemed like she was in a bad mood, showed a very bad attitude, it made us felt unwelcome, and damaged some of our groceries by throwing them around. I believe her name is Martha or Mantha

Always has low prices good quality and helpful staff. The store brand products are usually great too

Extremely kind and hardworking staff, very competitive prices (often the best prices) with plenty of coupons, and very good variety of products. What makes this HEB special is that it provides the customer the perfect experience whether that he for a 5 minute pickup or a 1 hour long shopping trip to stock up.

This is a great HEB. The location is so convenient to my home. I use every department from deli, seafood, pharmacy, produce, etc. The gal at the deli counter always recognizes me and knows my order by heart. I’m always greeted throughout the store by employees. Management is always out on the floor helping keep the store orderly or assisting with bagging. Store is neat and organized, shelves are well stocked, bathrooms are impressively clean. Prices are second to none with an outstanding selection and no one beats their customer service! Easily beats the competition, I absolutely love HEB and am a lifetime shopper!

If you want a cake destroyed, this is the place to go. Don’t have time to get another so we’re stuck with a cake that is wrinkled, the borders are very not centered. Piping is touching on one side, huge gap on another. Walmart is cheaper and better.
