Whatever you are doing to keep your customers happy and to always and I mean, ALWAYS be so kind and compassionate, keep doing a GREAT JOB!
Prescription was called in by my Mother's doctor who told her to give pharmacy at Del Mar and McPherson one hour to fill prescription. My poor mother was experiencing so much pain from a back spasm, so i called the pharmacy and after explaining my situation to a pharmacist, he told me he would have it ready for me immediately. Upon my arrival, both drive thru lanes were full. I went into store to pick up prescription, line was also long, but those pharmacy employees are always so efficient, the line went quickly, and my Mother's medication was ready as promised. WINNING!
Today I had Chris at the front end help me. Every time I go in his enthusiasm is great. And willingness to treat all his customers like it was the first one of the day. I buy my groceries here because everyone is nice but also felt it was necessary to leave this compliment to this particular employee. This is the kind of employee you want to get behind of HEB. You all did good hiring him. Give him a nice raise. He deserves it
My HEB, everything is good here! Good prices, personnel are friendly helpful and attentive.
It's a nice H-E-B store! Big, clean, expansive, and easy to navigate as needed! Inventory is huge as you'd expect and well kept to! Service was a little lacking but that was more my fault 'cus I didn't need it! I got the items I wanted, they were reasonably priced and really, I don't have anything to complain about! Go here if you need some groceries!
I loved this HEB! I NORMALL BUY FROM MY NEIGHBOR MERCACO HEB N LOOKED N ASKED FOR TEXAN RUBY RED GREATFRUIT CUS THEY COULD NOT FIND N THE RESPONSE WAS THEY NO LONGER MAKE
IT. I WENT TO THIS OTHER HEB BY TARGET N BROWSED THRU THE ISLE N LO N BEHOLD - THERE IT WAS MY RUBY RED
GREATFRUIT JUICE! BOUGHT
2 BOTTLES. This Heb may be a bit out of my way but worth the trip. Less CROWDED THAN THE MERCADO.
HEB is having a rough time keeping produce on the shelves, sort of speak. They were out of a lot of things. Corn, both in husk and in can
Potatoes, cilantro, carrots, celery.
But in their defense, the freeze has gotten people here to go crazy for caldos. HEB is still one of my favorite places to go.
