H-E-B, San Antonio TX

The HEB @ West Ave & Jackson Keller is one of the older smaller stores, but I really like that more than their larger stores. If you only want a few items, it is much faster to get into and out of. It has almost everything that I normally look for. I will continue to shop here unless my wife has put something exotic on the list.

Not my regular HEB, but is on my way home from work and I could schedule my vaccine booster. Since I had to wait 15 minutes after the shot, I got to shop the store. I usually shop a smaller HEB, so was nice to see what this one offered. Next time I need to cook for family events, I will be stopping here before going home.

Unfortunately it just doesn't have what I need and Is unfortunately hard to exit out of during the evening

Your partners are very helpful and good help.comming from a military veteran. I will continue to shop here before I go to a other store.

This is one of the older HEB's here but you wouldn't know it; best time to shop is early morning and later in the evening. Plenty of parking available, too.

ALWAYS packed always a lack of proper security. Could honestly be better if changes are made?

Store is always filthy. Employees always so rude and stuck up. Expired items. Store needs a good cleaning and a makeover the musty employees don't help

Always clean environment. Can find what I'm looking for however I do wish they had more of a selection. They carry their HEB product verses the other guy. However, still a good selection.

Shelves are always empty, store is not clean, employees are rude, never any baskets. Anytime you ask an employee for help, they say "I'm on break" and walk away.

ZERO STARS! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR ATTITUDES! $8 AN HOUR SURE DOES MAKE THEM HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE

I usually luv this H‑E‑B but here lately I’ve been finding the woman at the bakery a bit brusque… to me, cinnamon rolls are a breakfast item - and these “gourmet” cinnamon rolls for 2$ are great! Really great! But they’re never ready at breakfast- “by 11” she just barked at me, AGAIN. Ok, then I pass by at about 1pm after I’m done with errands and they are removed from the hot table and placed in the bakery - 12 of them were there last week - there are breakfast items out, and I know it takes time for these to rise etc… and there were only 2 women back there today- but I used to come in at 4am to get cinnamon rolls out in another life - great sellers- great way to convert lost leads and redirect folks to other breakfast items…
I sure wish I could get them at breakfast…js.

Bad experience This morning at checkout counter number 5 CHRISTIE super rude, with the customer in front of us too.

I used to really like this store, unfortunately they have really lowered the quality and quantity of their selections. Everything I’ve ever liked they discontinue. I realize that probably means I’m one of the only customers buying those items but even things you see in every other store have disappeared, for example, coconut water, occasionally I’ll see the smaller containers in the fridges but they got rid of their spot in the juice aisle. And now you can’t even get Stella Artois in the beer aisle, in fact if you’re looking for something other than hard seltzer or cheap domestic beer you’re out of luck. Clearly I’m not the demographic they’re catering to. And I have noticed the employees are way less friendly lately, although the pandemic probably had a lot to do with that.

Love this HEB they have the best customer service ever I drive accross just to come to this HEB.

Picked up prescription with no issues. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a line and was told prescription would take 30 minutes to fill, but was ready in 20!

I wish we had more grocery stores in San Antonio to give HEB competition to lower prices. They are outrageous!

Sometimes employees are cheerful than other and sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. A place to get meds from Doc. Small selection of products but managed to make things work. Aways clean helpful when asked a question.
Just be a little more courteous to those whos appearance don't seem publicly correct.
