As a disabled person, please for the love of God keep things in the same place. Quit reversing aisles. I understand the need for expansion and squeezing some aisles down, but the ones not effected are even being reversed. Quit this bad marketing psychology tactic.

Store is remodeling now so a little harder to find some stuff but worth it in the long run!

Kenzie, Phillip, Susan, Amanda, Rebecca and a few other great employees who always offer my 1-year old and I samples are incredible people. Kind and so welcoming. I'm a stay at home Mama (gratefully) and going to the grocery store is quite an outing for my daughter and I. We look forward to being greeted by these kind faces. Ms. Kenzie always says hello to my daughter, offers the sweetest smile, and makes me feel like I'm not just going to the grocery store for a check off my list, but to see friends. They really are your local friendly neighborhood family. Phillip- I have seen this employee do just about every task. And he does it with a smile. He's either dancing or singing- you can't miss him! He's the one with the contagious positive energy that everyone so desperately needs these days. Whether he is outside in the blasting hot heat pushing carts or inside at the check stand, he seems to do it with a joyful heart. Thank you guys for keeping kindness alive. I see you!

Love the pharmacy they always are friendly. The grocery part needs to have more stuff out can never find anything sometime

Busy, but quick easy to find food items. The cashier was super friendly and very inviting!

I am a true Texan and love my HEB but lately I have made a few purchases and I wasn't happy at all. A few weeks ago I bought some chicken thighs, one I got home and opened the pack it was rotten. A few days ago I bought some baby back ribs, as soon as I got home ready to cook dinner the smelled horrible. Check your product before you eat em. They did reimburse me for the ribs and gave me a good pack to make up for it so that was cool. The drive there and back took time. Still got love for my HEB they just need to step up their game.

Even with the cheese and cold cut section blocked off, shopping was still convenient. I still got my cheese that I can only get at HEB!

It’s a good store just can’t wait for all the updates to be done, kinda a pain getting troughs specially when they are busy.

Normally 5 stars, but for some reason the no longer carry Hill Country Fare hamburger buns. The replacement is just not good. Headed to Killeen to get them.

Usually the Harker Heights location is the closest to home, I only go in once a week to grab a couple of items they carry while other stores don't. Normally I go to the self-checkout but it was a bit busy there and I saw on Register 7 no one was around and came across Jennifer.regretfully. I sat my basket on the conveyor with just the few small items saying good morning. She dropped her arms in a huff gave a bit of a dirty look as if I just ruined her day and quickly snapped at me as she unloaded my goods that I need to put the basket back where it belongs and put the items on the belt. I apologized and put the basket back, normally I'm asked politely to put the basket back but here, I felt like what I did was horribly wrong and should be embarrassed.
Where I come from this is how you normally do things and the checker has a station to put small baskets away for an attendant to grab later, no fuss no muss. But Jennifer made it her business to remark at me rather rudely. If that's the case, I'll just go to a different HEB further in town than to run into her again.
An HEB Manager should re-educate this young lady on how an attitude can go along way and customer service. If she had just asked me politely I would not be writing this.

HEB is my favorite place to shop. They have just about everything I need, it's fresh. They have all different kinds of pre-made foods. The best! People are very friendly!

I always save money but yet get outstanding groceries when I pick HEB brand items. Friendly check out and bagging services.

I like heb food is fresh and their pharmacy you can get your medicine and one store you can find a whole lot of stores based on the HEB flush you can find things that you need that you wouldn't get in ordinary other store so and then I heard that they wanted HEB like back toys love booking Abilene y'all go ahead on then everybody want a HEB

Wanted to shout out Hayes in the pharmacy! Have had the pleasure getting his assistance over the last week and he is very nice and very helpful!

Historically, HEB has been my go-to place to feed my family of seven. Over the years we have spent a ton of money at the store, buying gluten-free food for our autistic children and my wife with celiac disease. Within a few short years I have seen this organization adopt political views that don't align to my own and I feel very strongly about no longer funding and supporting the store. If they want to return to the way they conduct business then I will consider returning.

Great prices and great customer service, but they need to invest in a power generator because they lose power regularly!
