H-E-B, Laredo TX

I have not come to this HEB at Guadalupe until today. The low prices of the goods are a welcome surprise. No wonder a lot of people are shopping at this time.

The flower/plant section was a beautiful sight to see and the fruit/vegetable area made me hungry.

Julian at the Self-Check counter happily assisted us when we asked about the coupons. He was busy on his feet helping everyone. Thanks, Julian, for a great service.

It is very unpleasant that most of the times that we are going to fill the water HEB alkaline 9.5
We go to the store specifically to buy water and unfortunately we spend Gas and time and HEB does not comply with the consumer

Loved it and always personal is so sweet and give you always the best customer service ever everything is better at HEB

The cashiers are very competent but very bad for the lines, I continue in the same way, the lines are clogged with people and the poor well-attached cashiers who abuse customers and workers

I actually stop at the pharmacy, the ladies are always very friendly and nice.makes you feel welcomw

Erica, Cashier, and Esmy, sacker, were concentrated on their personal conversation. They were not customer oriented, not considering an elderly, disabled customer. Esmy even asked Erica to tell me to take her my basket after i unloaded it. She was only a couple of feet away. All she had to do was stretch out for it. This HEB has been in my neighborhood for over 65 years. Sometimes I travel across town for better customer service.

I love HEB. The food selection is great, the prices are good, the employees are outstanding.they make you feel like family.thanks everyone,
