I love my local HEB! The fresh vegetables, the delicious house made breads and the cooking connection cannot be beat!

I don't understand that it says face masks required all over store but no employee is enforcing the facemask to shoppers without one. Many stores are still providing free facemasks at the entrances. This one isn't. If you're still followings the CDC's protocol on social distancing then I'd recommend the curbside pickup and avoid going into the store. The only reason I am giving this HEB four stars is because the cashier scanned all my items that I had already packed in my reusable bags. I didn't have to unpack them then have them repacked again.

It was very nice to shop at HEB good customer service good social distance and everyone in there had a Mask

Great store! Great cosmetics, seasonal items, fresh produce. Have lots of different produces cut up & in containers, sushi. Very clean store! There is always an employee available when I've looked for 1 to ask a question. I've never had to wait in line for more than 3 minutes to check out! Always a manager walking around on duty! This is my favorite store!

Cashiers aren't familiar with sale items, have to be very careful because they don't pull expired items from shelves. They need customer service training. Next time I encounter their incompetence and rudeness, I am leaving my full cart and walking out.

This store has everything you need. Good service and prices like this kcups Aldecoa coffee which is on coupon. I try it and It became my daily coffee and its local

Always have pleasant experience at my HEB. Someone asks me if they can help me every time I'm in the store.

This location has gone down since the new store opened off Kuykendahl. They are never fully stocked.

Outstanding service from cashier and bagger. For being young teens, they are very mature with excellent customer service

The pharmacy staff was very friendly and helpful. Clearly, they are concerned about my well-being but are still flexible and work with me in every possible way. I recommend the pharmacy at HEB at the Kleinwood Center.

Love doing my grocery shopping here. Fruits, vegetables, meats, and everything else always fresh. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Cashier are very courteous and professional.

Always a delight shopping here. Too bad they moved out of the city and only open store on the outskirts. Used to be the neighborhood store.

The store is great and so are the employees. What makes this a 4 star is the rudeness of the customers in the area. You can and do find most of what you need in this store.

Lots of choices on everything. Workers are generally helpful and polite but the customers tend to be surprisingly snobbish.

Good store, the only thing is it seems like HEB likes to produce or copy national brand chips (fritos, cheetos, doritos) and seem to focus alot more on their brand. I dont care for their brand, they can't beat the originators!
