7I love H‑E‑B products and prefer to shop here, but curbside almost always forgets several of my items and then I have to come back to get them which is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of getting curbside to save time. It happens so often it’s very frustrating.
HEB employees are always helpful. I appreciate the curbside availability and use it often.
Love curbside pickup! It’s free as long as you don’t need it within an hour of ordering, and it’s usually ready for pick up earlier than my requested pick up window. Super convenient and the employees are always so respectful!
Never had a bad experience with curbside pick up or HEB in general. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Convenient to use and easy to add things to the cart. The workers are friendly but you should always double check everything you've ordered. Three times now I was charged for the item in my cart but didn't get it
