This is my HEB. I love them. I visit this HEB at least 2 times a week. I almoat always do curbside but if i have to go in, it is always pretty quick.
This is the best thing in "Life", I Love My H. E. B. The employees that shop, deliver, and always get with me before they substitute any of my items if not in stock!

Great customer service! Although, sometimes when I buy veggies or fruits, tortillas. I'm given what seems like what they're trying to get rid of. (End of expiration) other than that I love curbside.
I never have a problem with curbside, but today, out of the days, I had to pick up my aunt from school at 3: 45 and I got here at 3. I didn’t worry at first but I had to wait almost 30 minutes till someone came and asked if I was helped. The cars who got there at the same time were gone fast and the cars who got there after were helped before me. I didn’t even have a big order. Now I know not to come when I have plans lol.
I’ve been using HEB Curbside for a year now, and I’m really happy with them. You never have to wait long, even if they’re super busy. It really just depends on when you’ve scheduled your pickup. The Curbies are always Super Nice and friendly too. And they load up your car pretty fast. I always take the time to talk to them, and ask them how they are doing and how their day is going. And the next thing I hear is: Ok, Sir Thank You and have a Nice Day! And I’ll tell them, Thank you and the same to you. Curbside really helps me out, More than they could know.
This HEB has everything a customer could want, however; I am never there when there are enough cashier's. 7 cashiers open, 4 of those are Express, the remainder are 4+ deep with full carts. Unacceptable.
