Go to 6555 fratt rd to check in. They have staging area there for you to park after midnight. DO THIS FIRST! They will call you and tell you where to go after that.

I arrived at 2am and My app was for 5am received a door at 3. I'm now docked and just PATIENTLY WAITING to be unloaded NAP TIME. The security even blocked the yard jockeys from cutting me off while backing. Very sweet. Ty I'll come back here maybe depending on load

Absolutely worst place. The brilliant guard just gave me dock number and didn't tell me there's an office I should go and turn in papers. Waited at the dock 3 hours and had a call saying where are you. Its been 5 hours since I checked in, they still haven't started unloading.

Not a bad experience at all. Hauling a dry load scheduled for delivery on 11/16 at 6 am arrived on 11/15. I was informed by guard I couldn’t check in till midnight I checked in at 6555 Fratt Drjve and parked in staging area was assigned a door at 2: 30 am and empty by 3am. Entrance to distribution center is on 5651 Business Park just down the street from where you check in

I really don't know why it takes so long for them to get the paperwork back to the driver. They have not been in my truck for more than an hour. This is just crazy!

Got here told to go a different place got there assigned a dock.now it's 4 hrs since docked at till flashing green.wast of of time.

Good luck, there’s a hundred trucks and yard jockeys driving back and forth while you’re trying to back in when there’s already no room… so while your backing in there’s 10 trucks and yard jockeys waiting in line for you to get in your spot no matter how fast you do it. This place sucks! Then you gotta check in at one building then drive to another and then drive to another this place is a headache If I have the choice I’ll never come back… update been here over 4 hours still haven’t started unloading me this place is a joke

Don't plan on going to your reload.they unload u at a decent time.but it takes up to 7 hours to get your B. O.l's/paperwork.

This place really has no consideration for truck drivers. Been checked in 2hours prior to appointment time. Almost 3 hours later still no call for a door. Guard not even willing to check on the status. Been seeing trucks get here after me and get called before I do. Very in professional in all aspects of doing business.

Quick unloading checking with security they will take your phone number and call when dock is available can park on the street while you wait.

4.30 appointment, checked in then had to park in the street to wait for a call. Streets already full of trucks waiting to unload. They should do check in over the phone.

Every day it gets worse 10 hours here and they don't let me know this place is pure crap when they have the opportunity to refuse to load for this place doing too much they take you unloading they give you an appointment and they do have your time
