H-E-B Grocery, Katy TX

Huge nice grocery store in Katy Texas! Convenient location and lots of choices but they don’t have my Filipino noodles to make my pancit! Thats why I only give this one 4 stars coz it says they sale international foods but not my filipino foods to make. ;- (?

We shop this store at least every two weeks. Almost every time we come here it seems we can’t find some of the items we buy on a regular basis. Why can’t you just leave things where they are. Is that so difficult?

When you get to be our age, 69 and 71. We don’t really want to spend extra time trying to find what we want just because some marketing guy thinks it will sell more …whatever!

Love this location! Near my home and so hard to leave without buying everything! Love love their seasonal stuff!

This is a very good HEB they are very nice here and the store is always clean, if you don't believe me i'm sure from the thousands that walk in and out of there every day all day long they'll all regurgitate the same at least 85% of them you must account for bad apples.

Literally the worst HEB I’ve ever been to. They must try hard to always literally be out of stock or eveyrhing.

The gentleman at the meat department did not know what was the frozen gumbo mix was. Had to ask the Lady that was cooking. She recommended the gumbo jar that was a great choice.

Still better than overpriced randalls and low rent kroger, but h e b has gone up on their prices and every 5 minutes they move stuff around so it is not where it was last week. N o idea why they do that, some marketing ploy i guess. Aldi is too weird and so the h e b is better than thise places. Prices are getting way up there though.

Love our local heb, great variety and Katy community central. Love the homemade tortillas the meal ideas they give in the weekends and the samples of wine/beer.

Had the Drugstore Dept helped me. They Dexter Choice and Manager Oscar was very helpful. They make an outstanding team! They are keepers

My father and mother got into a big fight when my father got a cake for my mom's birthday. My mom is a grandmother and he asked for it to to read, "Happy Birthday Nana! " However, it read, "Happy Birthday Ana! " Obviously, my mom is furious, and insistent on knowing who the hell Ana is.

Way to ruin 35 years of marriage with some icing, HEB.

Management is helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean and organized. One thing I love about HEB is the motion-sensing lights in the coolers/freezers that reduce power usage. Way to take steps towards sustainability!

Much needed HEB in this area.red delicious apples were marked. 99$ lb on huge yellow signs.rings up 1.27$ at the counter. I bring this asap to the employee at the register she says " what do you want me to do". Wasn't expecting this from HEB

Clean store employees were very helpful fast service at the checkout stand you guys are wonderful now can we have one closer to home I live in Sealy Texas thank you

HEB never lets you down! They have the best produce, best meats, and happiest faces every time. You feel good every time you go!

Fairly quick through register, though cashier apparently didn't understand meaning of divider bar in items from same cart (different purchase).

I like the store usually, but today at this particular HEB, we picked up a bag for the souper bowl of caring and paid for it. The cashier took the bag and put it back where we got it from.

Dark store especially in produce area. Lightning bad. Seems crowded with items everywhere. Hard to find some items as not listed on signs and can’t find help. Small butcher area. Cashiers seem tired not talkative. Small parking lot.

Yes I enjoyed HEB are cashier and Andrew was a really sweetheart he was real helpful. And again it depends on who you cashier is some of them are despicable Honore and hateful that are not willing to help but there's a few cash reg cashier that are good.yes that's just pupils but I love their fresh meat their fresh produce the cells they give and the coupons.

Use to shop here all the time, but it has gone down hill. No longer carry normal brands. Selection has gotten worse and worse. Go to the Super HEB on Grandprkwy, much better selection.

I live in Little Rock and do not have the luxury of regularly shopping here. My local Kroger Chenal regularly shuffles where their products are located in the store.
I actually enjoy shopping at the Fulshear Tx H-E-B and can find the things I’m looking for easier in this Houston area store than I can at my local Kroger.
