H-E-B Grocery reviews
41Its hit or miss with checkout.could be one the worst hours of your life or it could be easy and quick.kinda of the same with parking
We enjoy the store and shop here often. It has good parking, is clean and has almost all the products that we use. We would go even more often if they had more vegetarian/vegan options. We particularly enjoy the music at the café.
She has a little bit of everything at times it seems they have a little bit of too much stuff in that clutter the Isles especially when you're in a wheelchair
Poor customer service; Dan the manager is defensive and refuses to take responsibility for quality control and maintaining inventory.
Amazing selection of food and wine. It's busy at almost all hours of being open. However, the store can handle all that kind of traffic.
Awesome Store I never been there before and it was so organized but I love shopping there everything is definitely different from the stores I'm used to Connecticut
Sharing the history of heb grocery stores. Charles c. Butt Sr.and wife Florence butt open their first store in 1905 in kerrille Texas and 15 years later their youngest son Howard Edward butt took over the family business and this is what heb grocery stores stand for" their youngest son name Howard Edward butt.they have around three hundred & fifty stores in Texas and northern Mexico.and the rest is history!
Like the way the store is laid out with a great assortment and variety of products and it's very clean
Best HEB I've been to.i wish it was 24hrs.great selection of fruits and cheeses and the deli is 1 of the best.
Great for everything you might need (if it's not too fancy) including live music and gas. And within walking distance of my house, to boot!
The crowd there and their demographic made me nervous and uneasy. They were a little too wild and unsophisticated. Otherwise a nice establishment but gas prices were higher than the round rock location; which is a disappointment.
Actually ate at Cafe Mueller. Had the bbq nachos with brisket. EXCELLENT. Very filling and inexpensive. Brisket was moist & flavorful.
Please teach your employees and retract throughout the year about the digital coupons that are offered on the app. Every time I go to this location the cashier’s are unhelpful with the digital coupon. I love this location and would love it even more if the cashier knew how to work the digital coupon option.
The web site said they had dry ice and when I drove across town the night b4 our trip, I found none. I was told that "it is a vendor item. " Well what is the purpose of having a web site if nobody keeps it current?
Awesome store, products, customer service, online shopping, personal shopper & home delivery! " H. E. B has everything I need"!
I've been shopping at this store for years, and it's always been on top, when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation. Great customer service and fresh produce etc.
I was thrilled when this HEB was built, it may not be a large HEB Plus, but it definitely isn't lacking anything either.
I love the fresh sushi, the amazing olive bar,
and sampling the different wine and cheeses.thats always a highlight when shopping. They have an excellent bakery as well, with so many yummy pastries.
Keep up the good work!
Really neat and clean HEB with across the board selections. Staff are friendly and helpful, one of the better HEBs in Austin.
This is a nice store with a large selection. The cashiers are generally friendly. I would like to see more of them though. Wait time to check out can be long. I prefer to get curbside to go when needing to go grocery shopping during peak hours.
In comparison to Publix, Meijer and Kroger. HEB sucks! No deli, no fresh subs, and weird food I can’t pronounce. HEB bargains are not really bargain either. Publix has buy one get one free. Never does HEB have that. The pharmacy sucks. No points for prescriptions which is frustrating. In 55 years I’ve never had a bad chocolate chip cookie until HEB. If you’ve never been out of Texas I’m sure there fine but when you have experienced top notch grocery stores HEB is terrible!
