H-E-B Grocery reviews
26I was there with my uncle and had to use the bathroom when i went into the stall there was a roach crawling on the floor when i went to tell an employee about this nasty incident they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal NO that’s very nasty especially there being roaches in a facility with food products this isn’t my first incident ️️
Love this store, nice friendly employees and managerial staff. However, they have not installed a soap machine that wheelchair bound clients can reach
Excellent selection of groceries and the BEST customer service of any H-E-B or other grocery store I have been to!
I was in & outtta there faser than that place, yu kno, the 1 w the, I forget their name. ️
A pretty good HEB. It's small but seems to have a little of everything there. I like this H3b personally'
Great supermarket! They pretty much have everything you could ever want. Plenty of selection from organic/natural to regular good ol food. Service in and out is quick. Great chain!
I was followed around the store by loss prevention.then asked to produce my reciept and told i could not refuse! I am Hispanic.was that the reason? Not in Austin in 2020 surely. Anyone else profiled by ppl pretending to be fellow shoppers only to reveal their true identity as a fascist? Putting profit and preventing of "loss, " over the experiences of REAL PEOPLE like myself. The monopoly HEB has here in Austin leaves one limited, i MUST shop at HEB in spite of the indignanty i was made to endure.
Mi vida es mio.
Nice store. Everyone practicing social distancing and masks. Good selection and friendly staff.
Always great with the exception of the bakery.the food and treats are always great but almost never have my tres~leches cake slices put out to buy and have to continuously ask then wait for item.
Visiting Austin and found the grocery items we still needed to make jumbalaya. The store was well stocked and clean.
This HEB look so confuse everything is on the way by the Isles and the staff are so rude don't say good morning or hows your morning but no ill never to to any HEB.
A lot more specialty items to choose from. Parking specifically designed for people with children in the car, (thank you.)
Indoor kiosks like ROOTS Chicken Shak serve the needs of the culinary inclined while they fry with duck fat. Yum.
Fresh pre-made meals on hand for satisfying the hungry in a hurry.
This is a one-stop-shop worth the drive.
Great customer service center. Picked up medication from pharmacy quickly hardly any wait. Check out lines are pretty fast.
It's okay but it doesn't compare to the best. I sometimes pay a bill, and grab something to eat on the go, but hardly never grocery shop.
Very convenient to right down the street from where I live just does not have sushi other than that it's perfect
This is our "home" HEB. It's not new and shiny like some locations but it has everything we need.
Needs help. & more room, better selection. *Added star: some of the staff are pretty great *
The staff are very friendly and is managed well. The neighborhood is very transitional so you get a few weirdos.
This store has improved a lot. The parking lot is much much cleaner than it used to be. Tortillas are always great. Produce has improved. Thank you to the current management.
