29Every time I shop at this particular H-E-B I notice I come out with more groceries for my money.
This HEB is one of two HEB's that i go to and this one is great they always have everything I need and sometimes they have new things i didn't even know I wanted or needed would recommend to go to the HEB Branch really nice people.
Went in and bought some flowers to make my own floral no one at flower shop a gentleman Cam and helped me out a employee.
Miriam serving Barbacoa is A Very Rude Lady. She has 16yrs of experience and probably frustraded of working there. If she dont like her job or is tired, she should let someone else have it. Im Disabled and I go to the store 4-5 times a week. Someone needs to really speak to her. Not good for business.
My HEB since I was a kid. They are usually right on the money in terms of being efficient. I can find what I need. They play great music too. I hope they re-tile the floor though, I honestly think it's the same VCT floor from when I was a kid!
Everything I need is there and if not I ask an associate and they will make it happen if they can.thank you MY HEB
I love to go grocery shopping at HEB. Their prices are much better lot better than other stores. Everything's very fresh compared to another chain store. I love HEB.
Employees were throughout the store & assisted me when I could not find what I was searching for. Friendly & honest employees as I dropped my wallet and it was returned.
Great food lots of choices includes deli, meat seafood and bakery department. Fresh vegetables and a nice wine and beer selection.
Love shopping at this my HEB, staff is always very friendly, and helpful. Very clean. I shop here at lease 5 day's a week, and never had a bad experience.
Love their store brand. Local Texas owned. Lots of free parking and handicapped access. Nice produce department. Not so big that I would feel like I ran around a football field twice. Not open 24 hours per day. Customer Service desk open certain hours so call first. Easy return policy. They have a phone app with weekly & daily specials listed, including by which location you are shopping at. Several locations. Takes SNAP Card. Staff very friendly. They have pharmacies.
The best of the HEB branches. Vegetables are really fresh and they have a wide variety of things to choose from.
This HEB is great! Everything is always stocked up and it's very clean. Service is usually friendly, there's obviously some cashiers that are in worst moods than others but overall there's some nice cashiers there. I think my favorite part of this HEB is their ready to cook meals! Put them in the oven and bam! Dinner is ready!
Just needed to reload my NetSpend card! No fee charged for reloading my card! Saved $3,74 over Walmart!
I LOVE this HEB because of it's large variety! From a diverse group of fruits & vegetables to a wide variety of hair products. And what I LOVE the MOST IS THERE LARGE SELECTION OF USDA ORGANIC PRODUCTS! Thank you! Not many of the HEBs here carry those products. Again, a nice place to shop. And of course, the employees are just as friendly & helpful as they can be!
Produce clerk didn't have a clue what was available on the shelves in his department. Sent me on a wild goose chase to other sections only to find what I was looking for right there in produce!
Albert in the produce Dept is very friendly. Has the customer service that is missing at HEB. Clean store!
Convenient location and great customer service (most of the time). They also offer additional services like bill pay, money order, etc. Will give it 5 stars if they could speed up check out.
Lately have been very unsatisfied with "My. HEB" Always out of things. Even things I buy weekly. Other day 5 of the 6 things I wanted wasn't there. Even bread. Spoke to someone and was sent to another store. If I have to go to another store. Maybe I should buy all my groceries and.other products there. Very unhappy.
