H-E-B Grocery, Spring TX

Curbside is the worst here, multiple times with bagging issues and told.customer service and heads of department nothing ever gets done. Gotten to the point wherw i go inside the store and take some bags. Idk why they bag bananas with gallons of milk or chicken with dry products, but they do.

This is like a step child HEB, pushed aside and forgotten. Ok I know it's and older store. The produce section is just so so. The meat counter and bakery is small. The store was really crowded. Overall size and selection of fresh products is comparable with the Kroger one road over. Maybe even a bit larger produce section. It must just be the area marking data.

Great experience I especially love the people that work in the meat and seafood department. Knowledgeable and friendly service.

Clean organized and food is fresh. Friendly checkers who are happy to help you. With fast check out. Love my neighborhood HEB.

Today I go to buy seafood @ 8: 25 am the seafood counter was not ready. Dont understand store open at 6 am. Do the early shoppers have wait til 10am Maybe I should have went to Kroger

Called the new HEB location on 2920, Spring. Courtney got on the phone, went looking on the shelves for the specific tea I was asking about. Came back gave me the info, said look her up & she'd point me toward it when I came in. That's some A+ customer service!

I like the variety, also very fresh items, I usually throw the shopping list out the window, I do like the coupons right there hanging, it's buy this item and get another free. Employees look happy working there too.

Every visit I always find at least 1 associate who is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience yet! Even the pharmacy staff is great.

Very conveniently located and a great selection of beer and fresh pastries also have daily fresh sushi at a reasonable price

Fantastic meat selection! I was trying to find beef ribs for smoking.got to get them from the butcher.ask for short ribs that haven't been cut.

Over charged me $16.00 for 2 bags of cherries took customer service 22 mins to refund my money. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Going back to Target.

Enjoy shopping this store. Need larger produce department, as for the Sushi, I not enough variety, expensive. Meat department makes up for most of the short comings.

Its honestly a great, clean and organized store. Isaiah Is one of the best employees there. However some of the staff (teenagers) come to work with a bad attitude

I love the butcher shop and fresh prepared salmon with veggies just pop in oven $8.00 not bad. I also enjoys the fruits. I have to say they seem to have some sweet fruits.

Great place to shop. They seem at times to have trouble keeping things stocked. Would be nice as well if they would empty your cart for you like Krogers does.

I visit this HEB almost 7 days a week and staff is very friendly. I like this HEB over the new one on Gosling

I would give them a 5 star but they don't carry a couple of items that I like to get on a regular basis at this location. I have to drive to the HEB on Riley Fuzzel to get my 2 favorite items.

Love this location, everyone is usually very helpful and I can everything I need for great prices

I like HEB IT"s so nice and clean. Bread in the a. M. Is freshly made. And no waiting in line to check out. I really like that.park right up front. I' m in and I "m out gotten love it!
