H-E-B Grocery, Cypress TX

I appreciate the convenience. They still need to work out some things, like getting the correct groceries to each customer. Hope to eventually give a 5.

Great selection and extremely helpful staff. I have never jad a bad experience shopping there (My brother goes all the time and he is a very, VERY picky customer)

Since moving from it's old location on FM 529 & Barker Cypress over a decade ago, this HEB has flourished. Fresh bread, seafood made daily, and in between years they have had a mini bar of food and drinks. Its off the feeder road of 290 so it's easy to get back where you need to go. Like all HEBs the parking lot is always full however at least this one doesnt get 100% full like others. Also dine in places to eat around HEB parking lot to grab a quick bite to eat is nice. Overall the selection is pretty great and it feels like home.

This is my favorite HEB and store. I came in to get flowers for Prom Queen and met Mary Anne Boudiette she was so nice and helped me out. The floral dept there has expanded and is so amazing. The service from the staff there is nothing less than top knotch. It was raining and I saw one of the staff outside with an umbrella taking people to the care. Now this is why it is my favorite store!

HEB is good, but it has become more & more crowder. The parking lots more dirty. Customers, don't care about other people's cars. They just leave the shopping carts anywhere and don't care if they hit cars. Some weird new people have moved near. And not all, but some have no care for others. It makes shopping bad.

HEB Workers are helpful and polite. They are willing to explain the product to you if you have questions. HEB also has good quality Seafood, Cheeses, Meats, Bakery Goods, and Samples. It has gift ideas, flowers, good sales, and prices. I recommend shopping at HEB!

This HEB is amazing. They have everything you could possibly need from a grocery store and then some.

Knightvest Management Company held our annual Christmas party here yesterday. We all had a fantastic time, the food was great, the service was wonderful, a good time was had by all! Thank you Main Event and Knightvest for a wonderful Christmas party!

I love the food lay out; they have sample testers and lots of choices! I gave them a 4 stars because there was a salad with an expired for the 25th and today is the 23rd. The cucumber had stuff growing on it!

Wide selection, lots of room to shop, plenty of open checkouts, friendly baggers and cashier's. Have seen some wrecks in the outer parking lot, be extra cautious.

This was just a pharmacy visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Only took about ten minutes from the time I handed the pharmacist the prescription until I got the medicine and on my way home.

Best produce and variety of choices around. They support local farmers and product makers more than any other store.

HEB is the BEST grocery store I have ever shopped at. The employees are always nice and very helpful.

Nice store but the employees aren't that friendly. Upon our arrival, we were on the wine aisle and the wine steward came and stood directly in front of us (blocking our view) and proceeded to turning the wine bottles around - never said "excuse me" or "can I help you all with anything". On a brighter side - our cashier Diego was so sweet. He engaged in conversation as we checked out and displayed top quality customer service.

Love HEB! The curbside pickup is the way to go. It does cost $5 but the headache it saves is priceless anyways.

This is one of the biggest HEB's I've been in. They have outdoor homemade looking wooden rocker in the front for sale. A bakery, deli, and meat department. It has a wide variety of food and non food (cleaning supplies toilet paper etc) groceries. The employees are helpful and friendly. There is also a heb gas station at this location.

Cashiers need to learn not all things need to be said. Person in front of me had a bunch of sweets and chips the cashier asked if they where buying all this for a kid. You could tell this made the guest uncomfortable. If that is all you have to make conversation with a guest then you should not be classier

This is a great HEB. The people are super nice and helpful and there are often free samples, including wine! It it usually very crowded but people are generally considerate of each other.
