H-E-B Grocery, Austin TX

HEB went out of their way to make sure our curbside orders were ready 4 hours early in time before the winter storm. Thanks HEB for always stepping up in time of need!

This HEB has the worst curbside service. Whoever picks out the groceries selects the worst produce and everything expires the next day. Their prices are a lot higher, the selection is minimal and they are always out of stock or normal essentials. I will say that if you go IN the store, the cashiers are always very nice and friendly. But if I’m going to pay extra for curbside groceries, I would like to not waste my money on terrible produce and meat that expires immediately. They were a decent store before they started curbside. They just can’t get it together.

I definitely feel that HEB is one of the best-prepared businesses I have dealt with during the pandemic. I give them high marks for ensuring the safety of employees and customers alike. And the quality of the meats, produce, etc.is always superb.

Was looking for an inexpensive grocery store similar to the ones in my last town and this one was a good replacement. The staff was friendly and helped maintain the lines so that no one was waiting long to check out. Also they prefer you bring your own bags so that's cool they're making an effort to save the earth.

Nice store however the clerk checking out in the 10 item or less line held a 10 to 15 minute conversation with the lady in front of me about her dead dog. 10 items and less usually means it’s made for people trying to pick up something and leave in a timely fashion which I was trying to do. Instead, it was intrusive to myself and the other customers behind me who had responsibilities to attend to. Nice but unprofessional in that area of service.

So I'm still asked to buy bag even though the bag ban has been repealed and I'm asked to bag my own groceries I don't work there and not getting a discount for doing so it's insulting I only go there if I have to Randells is ore customer friendly across the street

Good selection of fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) and the retail items. H-E-B Grocery is better than all the american stores out there But the only con is that it it not present in all states. I used to stay in austin but when i move to dallas there was a scarcity to HEB

This store has almost everything and produce quality is great. They also keep running some good offers and discounts.

Very knowledgeable crew both day and night. Very informative and willing to help. Lots more items than your regular 'grocery store' meat department w/but her on duty.

Love shopping at HEB. Great customer service and always find what I'm looking for or always find something new to try. This is my go to store.

Most of my money goes here so what can I say? ! I am happy they have increased their organic produce selections! Thanks, HEB!

It's a good place to buy everything you need. Some prices are decent and other a but expensive. The organic selection is good. I wish they would update their water dispenser station outside if the store. It's always down and sometimes it doesn't give back change. I wish they would slap on a credit card swiper on it.

My new H-E-B. I have moved and this is my neighborhood store now. I love H-E-B and Central Market.

HEB is always a great place to for one stop shopping. Plenty of parking and close to main roads.

This location is nice and clean. I like getting my things here sometimes. Also, I will occasionally have it delivered and the in store shoppers here and tremendous. Hey - Thank You!

Visit was cut extremely short. The store was in a bit of a disarray, & a lot of the chilled ready to eat snacks/meals weren't available tonight. The food had been pulled from the shelves and placed inside bins. They announced at 9: 45p the store would be closing at 10p for some sort of cleaning, or something of that nature. The star rating provided was specific to tonight's visit only. Normally it would be closer to a 4.

Was visiting from out of town, yet HEB was as awesome as every other HEB. No matter where the HEB, always stellar service and choices on what to buy. Love HEB!

The store is just fine, nice staff. BUT.for the first time ever, I encountered a panhandler right outside the exit door on the way out of the store. I was not happy.

I needed to renew my inspection for my car and pay my taxes on it. The line was long but they opened up new windows almost immediately. Staff was friendly kind and quick.
