H-E-B Grocery reviews
22I was disappointed to see that they don't carry items that I'm used to getting at other HEBs such as Heritage Ranch puppy food and a few of other things I could not find. I stopped because I was in the area but I know to keep going if I want to get the things I stopped for.
I used to shop here before I got my Sam's Club membership. It suited my needs and then I moved and was closer to a different HEB. I have been back throughout the years and I can see they have improved greatly. Customer service, keeping the aisles stocked and communicating about products they are low or different area of the store.
It's HEB, so you know you will have a decent shopping experience. This store, however, really pales in comparison to other locations. There is a scarcity of specialty goods compared to other branches. The selection of baked goods is probably about 50% less. The produce section is smaller. No fresh tortillas (!). You don't see the new and innovative products that other locations highlight. It is just not the same shopping experience as other locations I have frequented.
The service is abysmal compared to what I have come to expect from HEB. Much longer waits, disinterested employees.
I dread every trip to the pharmacy because i know i will be waiting half an hour for unfriendly service.
This HEB really makes me miss other locations in the area.
You see everybody and your cousin in this heb, it's always crowded but it's in the neighborhood so everybody goes there it, but atleast I can say you dont have to wait in line long.
I was given to $10 plastic cards for some food I gave one to Dianna and want to Liliana and I took them to spin it nothing but junk food
Wonderful experience here today. I needed a fresh bouquet of lilies and Mayra whipped one up fast and it was beautiful. Mike (manager) helped me out in the bakery. What an efficient group at this location. Thanks guys.
Okay - wish was cleaner and had more options as well as quicker check outs - love HEB - just wish this one was more like the others in the area!
Definitely a budget teir HEB location, cheaper products available, usually pretty busy, lines often reach the aisles, but overall a decent store.
This is a real bad HEB. The last two times we've been, APD was there dealing with theft. Also someone was actually smoking weed inside the store! I guess it's just in a bad location.
It doesn't have any halal meat. So i need to go to a farther HEB to get it. Missing out on the muslim community.
Worst experience I've ever had. Worse than the HEB on Rundberg. Very small selection and over the top, rude employees. I'll never go back.
I was helped greatly during the water restriction.i love my exsperianc at Springdale HEB thanks Mr. Denise you are good people
Yesss I shop here. You dont have many other options in Austin. They are a great grocery store though.
As usual stores located in predominantly Black/Hispanic communities compared to white populated areas have poor overpriced/limited food choices, lacks sanitation, limited parking, poor customer service and a patridge in a pear tree.
Took 3 trips around parking lot to park. Get inside and no carts. Went twice as far as just walked from truck to find cart. When done had someone following me to my truck in need of cart. Took 25 minutes to get out of parking lot and into main road. Guess only the people who think only about themselves shop here. Won't go back. EVER!
An HEB close to home. The staff is pretty friendly, they can just be SUPER CROWDED at certain times of the month. And sometimes not enough cashiers. Other than that, a good store.
Nothing like most other HEB' s it is a smaller store but could be a lot better you can tell it's in Black/Hispanic area
Mostly nice associates. Stays clean for the most part. Handicap accessible. I do recommend adding a clothing section.
Great place to get groceries and household items some they got good deals but if you go on the evening be prepared for wait long lines at register
I been shopping at this grocery store for years it's a great place employees are the best at what they do.
