HEB Heights Pharmacy has some of the rudest and immature pharmacy personnel that I have ever encountered. I’m glad you think it’s funny that a BLIND person who cannot drive won’t be able to receive their medication till Tuesday because “hahaha Monday is a holiday so you can’t get it then either! ”.

Train your team to be customer obsessed instead of being jerks and laughing at disabled customers over the phone.

Spoke to Samantha who was a great help and perfect profesional. She ran my insurance promptly and was able to help me save on my copay! I didn't know about the delivery option and she made it sound easy and set the request up for me! She's one of the reasons I enjoy this pharmacy so much!

I never had such bad experience at a pharmacy i am always told different days that i can pick up my perscriptions and they get mad when i put it out there that they dont give me the correct day ita not my fault im told one day and then another day. Very poor service im sorry but i will not use heb pharmacy again also they need to hire people that are more friendly

Got our prescriptions, and also received our immune shots here. Friendly service and helpful hints from the pharmacist and the young lady at the front window. Keep up the good work!

The pharmacist, Jonathan, was incredibly rude, argumentative, and needlessly defensive. To start, he hung up on me before I spoke and immediately had an attitude when I called back to ask a question.

I picked up the prescription shortly after. There ended up being a misunderstanding, so I went inside to (politely) figure it out. He was super rude and started arguing with me in the middle of the pharmacy and in front of other employees.

Bizarre that H-E-B allows employees to treat customers like that. I
go out of my way to avoid this location, solely because of the awful service I received.

The personnel and their manager are very helpful and nice. I am a mom to 1,5 y.o. And I liked the fact that there's a little corner where we could play with my baby while the prescription was getting ready.

Way too crowded. It takes 10 minutes to find a parking spot, and the traffic jam of carts and people inside is even worse that the parking lot

HEB is BACK and their latest installment will NOT disappoint. Critics are calling it “Walmart’s Bane” and “The Grocer of the Century”.

I went today too the inauguration of new HEB on N. Sherpard.
The was packed with people the parking lot was full which is on the second floor of the building.
HEB had people all over the store giving out sample of product. I Stop Eric which is one of the person with a sign in their hands. May I help very clever and smart too have that sign visible in bold lettering. I was totally impressed with this location.
I was a regular customer at this location for over 30, years straight when this was a fiesta location in the pass. I won't miss your competitors your price is much much better hands down without a doubt. All of the employees was very pleasant and professional I'm looking forward shopping at this location when I'm in this area.
